You can sit down for coloring under your favorite series or cook a delicious dinner - from the first minute it will become easier.

It happens that neither cooking nor eating normally have any strength, but fatigue is no reason to deplete the body even more. Let for such a case in the fridge there will always be healthy snacks: seasonal vegetables, the most common fruits like apples and bananas, nuts, bread or hummus.

Do not heal from sadness and tiredness with alcohol. There is nothing bad in a glass of wine, but if you drink, do it when your state is even and cheerful. A better solution for a hard day's evening is a leisurely yoga or a fascinating book.
