Quick Serving Desserts: 10 Recipes
Portioned desserts look so cute that they immediately want to swallow. They are quickly and simply prepared and just as rapidly eaten, so do not worry about the leftovers. We chose ten diverse desserts for those who love and want to cook and are not lazy to do it for themselves. Please note that the ingredients of all recipes are designed for one serving.
Vanilla Cheesecake
Ingredients:
one standard oatmeal cookie
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon melted butter
2 tablespoons cream cheese room temperature
1 teaspoon sour cream
vanilla on the tip of a knife
2 teaspoons eggs
Heat the oven to 160 degrees.
Crumble the cookies into a shape suitable for cheesecake, mix with butter, evenly distribute the shape and press the mass so that it evenly covers the bottom.
Hand whisk or fork stir the cheese until smooth (no need to whisk). Add sugar, vanilla, sour cream, egg and slowly mix again.
Pour into a form with a biscuit cake and bake for 15-20 minutes. Before serving cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Carrot Cupcake in a mug
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon milk
average carrot
Grate carrots on a fine grater.
In a cup that can be put in the microwave, mix all the dry ingredients.
Pour milk, butter into it and mix thoroughly. Add carrots and mix again.
Put in a microwave for a minute at high power. May need to bake longer.
Low-fat Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon liquid honey
frozen banana
half avocado
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of milk
Pour and pour all the ingredients into a blender and beat until smooth. And that's all.
Huge cookies
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of softened butter
3 tablespoons of sugar and some more for decoration
2 tablespoons eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons flour
a pinch of soda
a pinch of salt
a pinch of tartar (you can do without it)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Lay the baking sheet with baking paper and grease it with butter.
In a medium-sized bowl, rub the butter and sugar to a creamy texture (the sugar may not completely dissolve). Add egg, vanilla, mix. Pour flour, salt, cream of tartar, cinnamon, sifted with soda and mix, so that the ingredients are combined.
Put the mass on a baking sheet, forming a ball out of it. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar and bake for about 15 minutes, until the edges are brownish. Before you eat, the cookie must be completely cooled on paper, otherwise it will break.
Raspberry ice cream
Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1/2 cup Greek or other thick yogurt
1 teaspoon maple syrup or liquid honey
Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth (but you can leave lumps). You can eat right away without freezing.
Peanut candy
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons of peanut butter
1 teaspoon melted butter
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
4 tablespoons unsweetened chocolate chips or dark chocolate
Grind the peanut and regular butter until the mass is smooth. Pour the icing sugar and stir again.
Roll three balls. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, dip the balls into it (it is more convenient to put them on two toothpicks) and wait until the shell hardens.
Strawberry and Brie Pies
Ingredients:
a piece of frozen finished dough (10 x 10 centimeters will be enough)
8 teaspoons of strawberry jam
120 g brie cheese
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the dough into two triangles, in the center of each spread the jam and chopped cheese.
Connect the edges of the triangles and press them so that the ball turns out of the dough.
Bake the pies for 13-15 minutes, until they become golden. There is, as soon as cooled to a safe temperature.
Quick strawberry pie
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons of oatmeal
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon soda
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon cold butter
3 tablespoons of milk
3-4 strawberries, sliced
small portion of vanilla or greek yogurt
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put a pan in it, covered with oiled paper.
In a bowl, lightly mix the flour, oatmeal, sugar, soda, and salt.
Grind butter with flour mixture with a fork. It should not melt, but form a crumb. Pour in milk and mix slightly again.
Form a ball out of dough and bake it for 15-18 minutes until it turns brown.
Cut the cooled cake in half, decorate the top half with strawberries, put the yogurt on the bottom and put everything together.
Apple Crumble
Ingredients:
one big apple granny smith
sugar or its substitute to taste (you can start with a teaspoon)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cornstarch
4 tablespoons of water
generous portion of whipped cream
standard oatmeal cookies
Apple peel and cut into cubes.
In a small saucepan mix the apple, sugar, cinnamon, starch and put it on medium heat.
From the moment when the apple gives juice, keep the mass on the fire for 8-10 minutes.
Pour the apple sauce into a glass, put the cream on top and crumble the cookies.
Ricotta Mousse
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons ricotta
2 tablespoons yogurt without additives
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
2 tablespoons of cereal for breakfast
In the combine to interfere with all the ingredients, except for a couple of flakes, until the mass is smooth.
Transfer the mass into a portion of the mold and sprinkle with crumbled flakes.
