He got up and immediately drank: 10 invigorating morning drinks
Although it’s much easier to wake up with sunlight, do not want to break the morning cup of coffee. In case you got tired of it, we found ten recipes for cool drinks - hot and cold - that will cheer up just as well. Many recipes are especially sugar-free: fast carbohydrates allow you to cheer up only for a short time and generally lead to nowhere.
Cold coffee with condensed milk
Ingredients:
500 ml strong coffee
125 ml of milk
125 ml of condensed milk
1 liter of ice
Mix all ingredients in a combine or blender.
Bring the mass to homogeneity and pour into cooled glasses.
Coffee with citrus juice
Ingredients:
a cup of espresso or coffee
orange or other citrus fruit
sugar as desired
Pour the coffee into a large cup.
Squeeze the juice from the orange (better with your hands - so the oil from the skin will fall into a glass and the drink will be more fragrant), pour it into coffee and mix well.
This drink can be made cold by scrolling liquid in a blender along with ice.
Coffee smoothie
Ingredients:
60 ml vanilla protein (sports nutrition)
160 ml almond milk
1/2 banana
120 ml of coffee
ice
Mix all at once in a blender and grind to the desired consistency.
If you want to make the drink less watery, you can make stronger coffee or give up ice by replacing the usual banana with frozen.
Chicory with Cocoa
Ingredients:
250 ml of any milk
1 tbsp. l chicory spoon
1 tbsp. l cocoa powder
if desired - 1 tsp. honey
Heat the milk, but do not bring it to a boil.
First pour the cocoa and stir thoroughly. Then add chicory and mix too. If you choose chicory in the powder, you can add it in one go with cocoa.
Iced tea with lime and thyme
Ingredients:
5 sprigs of thyme
cinnamon stick
juice and zest of two lemons
3 bags of black tea
1.5 liters of water
1 tsp stevia or sugar to taste (you can do without it)
Pour water into a large pot, add spices, lemon juice and zest, put on medium heat.
After boiling, remove from heat, put tea bags and stevia. Leave for 15 minutes.
Remove the brew and leave at room temperature for an hour.
Pour through a sieve into a jug, put it in the fridge and let the tea cool to a pleasant temperature.
Cold "slow" coffee
Ingredients:
130 g freshly ground coffee
830 ml of cold water
at least two-liter glass container
ice
Pour all the coffee in a container, pour water and mix. Cover with a lid and leave at room temperature for 12 hours.
Slowly concentrate the resulting concentrate using a coffee filter to another container. Some ground coffee will remain on the bottom, so that the drink will need to be poured into another jug - also slowly, so that the thick remains in the vessel.
Filtered coffee put in the refrigerator for at least two hours to completely cool it. You can keep it up to five days.

1 liter of water
8 tea bags
a piece of ginger root, peeled and cut into petals
sugar or sweetener optional
