10 delicious protein breakfasts for all occasions

Whatever breakfast may be, it sets the tone for the whole day. There is usually little time left for him, but we are sure that even in 15 minutes you can cook a full meal. For a joint project with the Epica yogurt brand, nutritionist Milena Stoykova made 10 delicious breakfast recipes. They contain all the necessary proteins, fats and carbohydrates to recuperate.

Sweet Potato Toast with Egg

Cut the sweet potatoes into slices 1.5-2 cm thick and grill them. Cook a hard boiled egg. Serve with herbs and spices.

50 g sweet potato (sweet potato)

1 egg

10 g greenery

50 g salad leaves corn

Pepper to taste

Chicken Breast and Spinach Sandwich

Bake chicken breast or grill, chop the meat and cucumber. Mix the yogurt with herbs and spread with a mixture of pieces of bread. Put on the bread spinach, chicken, cucumber and spinach again. Cover the top with a second slice of bread.

80 g whole grain bread

100 g chicken breast (or turkey)

50 g cucumber

20 g spinach (or other greens to taste)

1 tbsp. l natural yogurt

Benedict on wholegrain bread with avocado cream

Boil poached egg. Beat the avocado in a blender with spices until smooth. Put the resulting cream on the bread, add an egg on top and serve with greens.

80 g whole grain bread

30 g avocado

10 g greenery

Steamed omelette with spinach

Slice tomatoes, chop spinach, mix with eggs. Add pepper and spices, place in a double boiler, bring to readiness. Bread fry in a toaster. Serve on a plate with strawberries and toast.

50 g cherry tomatoes

50 g whole grain bread

100 g strawberries

Curry Chicken in Yoghurt Dressing

Smear the curry breast and grill on the evening. In the morning, cut the breast, pepper and tomatoes into cubes. Chop greens. Add turmeric to the yogurt and mix with meat and vegetables. Garnish with cilantro leaves.

50 g natural yogurt

100 g chicken breast

50 g green bell pepper

50 g cherry tomatoes

10 g greens (cilantro or dill)

5 g curry

5 g turmeric
