New faces: Suzy, Svea and Chantal

Twenty-one Frenchwoman Suzy Bird took her first test shots in 2008. When they hit the net, Suzy began to compare actresses Audrey Tothou, Juliette Binoche and Audrey Hepburn. And by the time the girl signed a contract with Elite in Paris and the Independent in London, she managed to win the sympathy of users of The Fashion Spot and get the title of Model of the Week at Models.com.

Suzy's career is developing fast enough. Between the debut show of Ossie Clark in 2008 and the show of the couture collection of Chanel last week, the girl made over forty shows and appeared for Love, V, Dansk, Amica, Purple Fashion and Vogue magazines. More recently, Bird, along with another aspiring model, Katya Kosushkina, became the face of Moschino Cheap & Chic advertising campaign.

In addition to the Paris branch of the agency, Suzy joined Elite in Milan and London. She loves to spend her free time with friends, among whom are the models Constance Jablonski and Sigri Agran.

Svea Klosterhof

Two years ago, the scout of the Amsterdam Code Model Agency accidentally stumbled across the Internet in a photograph of Svei Closterhoff, who turned 17 years old last summer. Soon they signed a contract. Later, she attached to the agency Women in Milan. Among the shootings in which Svea took part, she mostly remembered the editorial with an elephant for the magazine Avantgarde, for which the model had to go to South Africa. Svea also appeared in several Elle and Glamor rooms, as well as in Blend, Amica and Jackie. Klosterhof presented new collections at fashion weeks in Milan and Amsterdam, shot for advertising campaigns Zara, Klavers van Engelen and for two seasons in a row became the face of Spijkers en Spijkers. Swei's latest work is a show of the autumn and couture Chanel collections.

Swea has always been interested in the fashion world. One of her favorite brands is Louis Vuitton, but there are also vintage items in the model’s wardrobe, especially dresses in the style of the 50s and 70s of the last century. The list of favorite performers is Klosterhof Fleetwood Mac, Goldfrapp and Johnny Cash.

Chantal Staffor Abbot

An eighteen-year-old Montreal-born Chantal Stafford Abbot met Specs scout Marie-Josie Tremp two years ago and, despite still studying at school, immediately signed a contract. The Chantal family supports any of her decisions, but the girl still does not know what is more important for her: getting an education or developing a modeling career in which she has already achieved significant success.

The debut of the model took place on shows SS 2009. Chantal took part in the show Issey Miyake, Bernhard Willhelm, Yohji Yamamoto and Maison Martin Margiela. For the next season, the situation has not changed, but at the FW 2010 shows, Staffor-Abbot made about thirty outs. During SS 2011 fashion weeks, Chantal was invited to almost forty shows, including Marc Jacobs, Lacoste, Christopher Kane, Vivienne Westwood and Rick Owens. Shooting with the participation of the model appeared on the pages of the magazines Pop, i-D, French Revue des Modes, Flair and the last issue of American Vogue.

At the moment, the model is Elite in Paris, Marilyn in New York, Premier in London, Specs in Montreal and Why Not in Milan.
