Healthy habits of the trainer on the crossfit Anastasia Vladimirova
IN RUBRIC "LIFESTYLE" we ask different people about healthy lifestyles with a human face: we talk about the importance of taking care of yourself and pleasant ways to make life more comfortable. The heroine of the new release is a performing crossfit athlete, master of sports in swimming, trainer Anastasia Vladimirova.
Feeling good for me - This is the state in which I can work out the amount of training well, have a higher class conduct classes for my groups, pay attention to my little dog and go to bed early to recover well.
I start my day with a walk or jogging in the park with a dog - this is the American bully briand. An ideal day would begin the same way, but on the shores of the ocean.
My training week is painted - I do in the morning and in the evening. Monday, Wednesday and Friday begin with weightlifting with a trainer, and the second workout these days most often contains complexes or intervals. Tuesday and Thursday I start with running and swimming, and in the evening I do gymnastics.
My favorite day is Saturday, when I and my trainer, Alexey Nemtsov, begin training at seven in the morning. At this time, the hall is completely empty. This training includes a variety of types of loads. Even during the week I will definitely stretch and roll out on special scooters - I do the so-called myofascial massage.
Crossfits have a huge variation in workouts, this he attracted me - I never get bored.
By the time of dating with crossfit I finished my professional swimmer career and was about to enroll in the medical institute. Prior to that, during the competitive period, there were two water training sessions six days a week - and another workout on land. But then I visited the pool a couple of times a week, and mostly trained in the gym. My friend Dmitry Belyakov suggested trying several crossfit complexes - and I did it perfectly.
Most in physical exertion I like the responsiveness of my body. If you are hard at work, the result will not keep you waiting - both external and in competitive moments. Of the shortcomings of my lifestyle, I can name, perhaps, the lack of time - training takes up a lot.
As with any sport, There are difficult weeks in preparation, when the load is colossal, and the main task is to endure. Various thoughts come to mind, but at such moments I remember where I started - and where I am now. While preparing for the Big Cup CrossFit Championship, I faced a small back injury - everything was normal with my spine, but there was a muscle spasm - and I was looking for ways not to stop training. Everything turned out, the back was able to unload. In general, the goal for me is higher than desires and emotions.
I love to cook and do it quite well. I respect Italian cuisine and often use the tips of my friend, a chef from Florence. I eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, in the morning I always need porridge with agave syrup, I like linseed or hercules on the water. Dairy products almost do not eat, although I love. From protein I have fish and seafood.
I limit myself in sweet and flour. But after the competition I eat something "forbidden". One of the most beloved but forbidden dishes is cheesecakes. For me, this is the real dope! I am calm towards alcohol, I can drink a glass of Georgian wine on a special occasion, but certainly not during the preparation for the competition.
In my youth I was ashamed of my teeth - but now I can't imagine my day without a smile. In general, for my not very easy direction in sports, I love all sorts of "girlish" things: I take a close look at looks, I always wear dresses on weekends, I visit my favorite beauty salon.
I scold myself that I do not always go to bed on time. I can read it off or just endure it so as not to fall asleep too early - and then the dream goes away and fails. In general, to sleep well is to feel good.
My dream is to learn to rest better. As for the rest, as regards the formation of good habits, the main thing is discipline.
Age is the only flaw which passes quickly. I started working early, at seventeen, my position was called “athlete-instructor,” so I had to prove my seriousness with deed and persistence. I am comfortable enough at my age, and my management at Redyar Capital does not bother me that I am only twenty-two - on the contrary, they see great prospects in me, and I am pleased.
Sometimes, to "unload", I'm going with Brian, my dog, to the forest. It happens, I just stay at home for the whole day - draw, read and sleep. One of the goals for the future is to learn how to fire a weapon, they say it distracts well. And it is absolutely priceless, especially in the rhythm of the metropolis, to get into a cozy cafe in the company of a loved one.
