About life in travel
In the morning I need time to become myself. It's easier if you woke up at home. All last year I went on dates in different countries - I studied how relationships change in an already changed world, who this “your man” is, looking for a couple, led a telegram channel. About this and wrote the book "147 dates". According to the rules of the project, I changed the city every month, went on three dates a week, always flew without luggage. If the idea of "living lightly" seems cool to you, try: put the most necessary thing in a regular backpack. Now live using only this - half a year. And the year? My cosmetic bag meets the requirements for carry-on baggage - but it was not immediately. The first few flights I decided what to leave, right on the inspection. Then she adapted herself to use miniatures and samplers. After finishing the book, I returned home and bought a huge can of Aveda hair balm. Huge! Liter.
Recently I collected cosmetics all over the house and cabinets, and it turned out to be such a mess — the everyday hell of a beauty editor. I threw out everything that has expired, the rest was disassembled into four functional cosmetic bags. One is needed daily, in her care and powder. In the second decoration, which I use about. I take one more on the road - there are miniatures of necessary means in it, and if there is no mini-variant, then the necessary one is in Muji containers. The latter duplicates the basic composition: a second cream, a second deodorant, a set of toothbrushes for guests, and so on. The first two cosmetic bags are stored at hand, on the shelf by the sink in the bathroom, the other - in the closet.
About care
For me, personal care is about skin health, nail and hair care. At thirty, I began to prick Botox - quite a bit, but regularly. First every six months, now injections are not needed so often. Facial expression was preserved, but the skin on the forehead, between the eyebrows and near the eyes ceased to wrinkle into wrinkles. I also like peels - almond and milky: they tighten the skin. My daily care consists of washing and cleansing with micellar water, sometimes with a decoction of chamomile in the ice, and moisturizing - I apply a cream for the face and around the eyes.
I have naturally strong nails of beautiful shape. When I lived two hundred and twenty kilometers from Moscow, in Nikola-Lenivets, I got used to shellac. It is enough for me to do a manicure every two weeks. I have three masters whom I trust in three cities where I most often live: Kazan, Berlin and Moscow. Between corrections, I just use hand cream. At night I use Weleda Hautcreme: it is greasy, oily, nourishes well. Day or as needed - cream with stingray oil "Pantic". He is perfectly absorbed, and his hands after him - as after a spa treatment. I did not understand where the excitement around the eyebrows came from. Five years ago, everyone didn’t care: Well, you can remove three extra hairs with tweezers, you can blend a pencil. Now in the residential area of each city you will meet the signs "Architecture of eyebrows", "Brow bar" and so on - care, spa salon for eyebrows, tattooing, eyebrow school, academy, institute. I did not notice how I became involved in this, too. I don’t know how they did it, but I believed it: the eyebrows shape the face, and the eyebrows without care look untidy. So to the procedure of manicure care of eyebrows was added once in two weeks. I am very lazy and economical on my active time, so I’m thinking about microblading and laser hair removal.
About hair
My girlfriend Nina says: there are girls with long hair, girls with short hair and girls with short hair who pretend to be girls with long hair. For many years I wore shoulder-length, parting regularly, dyed my hair "to my own color" and pretended to be a girl with long hair. This year, the stylist asked me: "Well, short?" I answered: "Yes." He turned me into a chair: “I mean yes, I asked you about it for six years every time you sat in that chair, and for the first time you said yes. I hadn’t been cool enough to cut my hair are you short? " I did not admit to him that I was not cool enough for a short haircut. Now I like the length of my hair, and I think this is not the limit.
Last summer, my friend Vova decided that shampoo was a total *** (cheating), and just stopped using it: he washes his hair with soap or water. At first, the hair behaved whimsically, then adapted and now look great. I'm not ready for this yet, but I am not picky about shampoos: my hair looks the same after Aesop with pepper and mint, in which I like concentration and smell, and after sea buckthorn Natura Siberica for three hundred rubles. At home I use Aveda conditioner, also more because of the smell. Once a week I make a mask for hair - Kérastase Nutritive Irisome or coconut oil with burdock and nettle of the Crimean manufactory. In my bag, I always have a firm shampoo "House of Nature" - the last two products also from Osoka. I usually dry my hair with my hands and a hair dryer, without a comb, before that I apply Kérastase Nectar Thermique. So the hair is better lying.
