Stylist and writer Rita Kosyakova about favorite outfits

FOR RUBBER "WARDROBE" we take pictures of beautiful, original or strangely dressed people in their favorite things and ask them to tell stories related to them. This week our heroine is Rita Kosyakova, a stylist, a writer, an employee of the vintage Bon Appartement store.

In childhood most I loved Grandma Lucy's wardrobe. I think that it is from her that I have a love for everything brilliant and extravagant. I remember how I dreamed that I would grow up and would wear her shoes on small heels, with hearts and sparkles - and the dresses that she sewed herself, with Lurex and flowers. But it still remains a dream: in my grandmother is one and a half meters tall, and her leg is thirty-sixth in size. I, with my 173 cm and size 39 shoes, are clearly not the best contender for this Cinderella wardrobe. So I had to form my own.

I am guided only by subjective taste: I like it - I do not like it, I am not me. I see my style very clearly: I rarely make casual purchases and, in general, I don’t really like long shopping, I have enough for work. I am not one of those who, when going to the store, draw up a shopping list in advance, or by choosing a piece of clothing, mentally invent ten bows with him for all occasions. It is enough for me to understand whether I see my reflection in this thing. If this thing is "I", then I need it. If this thing is beautiful, but not “I”, we are not on the way with it. If I even buy something like that, I will most likely give it as a result on a swap or present it to a friend.

Of course, such an understanding of his style did not come immediately. Up to twenty-five years, I was rushing between articles in magazines in the spirit of "50 things that you need this fall," and my own taste. Then my wardrobe seemed to belong to several different people. Over time, he returned to normal. I understand that to some my clothes seem too bright, and I myself am a bit of a freak, but those who know me see that my clothes are a continuation of my personality.

Does my profession of a stylist affect how I look? I think only in part. On the one hand, I know more about clothes than the average buyer, I understand better how things will sit down, better oriented in proportions and silhouettes. But I don’t have this “I am a stylist - I have to dress up every day”. I would rather come in jeans and a sweatshirt than in a dress and with a veil on my head. This is a matter of convenience and relevance.

Unfortunately, for most of my favorite brands, the size range ends with L. One has to get out: the mass market (ASOS, H & M, Weekday, etc.), funny brands like Lazy Oaf, vintage, second-hand and flea markets - and always good shoes (its size range is suitable for all brands, fortunately). I do not really like online shopping: I need to touch a thing before buying, it is important that the material was pleasant.

In such a dress I can go to a party - I could hardly have put it all on just like that. Chest for me - it's still a statement inappropriate, say, in the subway. And this dress emphasizes my chest to impossibility.

Cossacks with red stars Mexicana gave me a girlfriend for my birthday. This brand makes the Cossacks have some kind of cloud of years - and makes them cool.

So I can also go to the party: I love sequins, pink color and its combination with red. The creation of the Chinese industry comes from the nineties - that is, a blouse - found on the flea market in Krasnodar. He is big and happy low prices, which sometimes start with ten rubles. Purple bag Forget Me Not with me for the second summer in a row. I bought it with the thought that I could not wear it every day, but in the end I only part with it for the winter.

The earring was given to a birthday party by a friend, the creator of the Anotherone Jewelery jewelry brand. She said that she was inspired by me, coming up with this thing.

The earring was a clip, which is why it did not hold on to the ear at all - I had to change it into an earring.

Overalls found in Paris - I was bribed by color, of course. The fur coat warms in the winter, however, my sister says that it is Fedor Chaliapin's fur coat and if I want to wear it, I need a top hat. Instead of a cylinder, I have a vintage scarf from the Bon Appartement store, where I work now. This is probably my favorite bow - I'm so funny in it.

So I plan to get married - I absolutely seriously postponed all these things for the future wedding. My handbag is absolutely beautiful story. In my childhood these were all girls — pink, blue, white. Of course, I also wanted her, but my mother said that she would not buy me such bad taste for anything. I remembered this story well and constantly recalled it to my mother. And now, more than twenty years later, I go through the Krasnodar flea market and see it. My shout of “Handbag!” Must have spread all over the city. The seller, seeing my interest, brazenly stated that it costs seventy rubles and no less. So I took my handbag and took it to Moscow, where I already lived.

Clips remind me of Maclura. If you do not know what kind of fruit, just google. I grew up in Gelendzhik, where every autumn schoolchildren throw them into each other.

A flame sweater brought from Helsinki. The pants are very funny: they squeak terribly when walking and it’s hot in them - ideal for winter, when the creak can be attributed to the snow under your feet, and there is no excess heat. Lazy Oaf is one of my favorite brands, I often order clothes on their website. From there, this black backpack is a bear - it resembles a children's backpack. Tabi is another my love. This shoe has no equal, and in such flat shoes you can walk, it seems to me, without taking off two days in a row.

This dress is for the case when I want to be smart - I celebrated my last birthday in it, for example. Vans slip-ons slow down the degree of solemnity. I saw them in the opening Ceremony instagram, instantly fell in love, went to the site to buy, put it in the basket and only after that I learned that Vans are not delivered to Russia. Fortunately, my girlfriend was in the United States and was able to bring them to me from the store. Clips Dries Van Noten usually wear one at a time, again so as not to look too solemn.

I love beadwork and sequins, I consider it an incredible beauty. She bought a raincoat like a dress, but now also appreciated its direct purpose. The bag is often compared with a cat - so in some way it can be considered my pet.

I was guarding a Karakul fur coat in second-hand for a whole week, waiting for the maximum discount from 20 thousand rubles - its initial price. I waited and happily do not wear - I feel hot in it. I sometimes wear for theatricality, as in this image with a veil. A veil with small shiny emoticons bought when she handed over things from a shoot in KM20. Terribly tired after a hard day's work, I asked me to measure a bezel that I had long liked. Thoughts were like these: "Now he will not go to you, you will be even more disappointed in life and go home to cry." The bezel unexpectedly perfectly framed my face, I had to buy and not be disappointed in life.

I bought a tabi from the 2014 collection by accident: I went into a multibrand in Krasnodar about a year ago, and there they were waiting for me - and even my size.

I didn’t stand for a queue at the H & M store on the day of the start of sales of the collaboration with Maison Martin Margiela, so then, in 2012, I managed to buy only one dress. The sweater was bought online by f19_store friends this year. Marc by Marc Jacobs shoes were a dream of mine about half a year a couple of years ago, then I decided and bought them.
