Shrimp: Fried Garlic & Chilli

Shrimps fried with garlic and chilli
Cooking method:
Remove the head and shell from the shrimp (leave the tail). Make a two or three millimeter deep incision in the back and remove the vein. Rinse the shrimp with cold water and dry. Put them in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and mix.
In a wide pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, chili and paprika and cook for ten seconds. Add shrimp and cook for one or two minutes on each side until they turn pink.
Remove from heat, place in a deep serving bowl or individual bowls with garlic and butter. Serve immediately with slices of baguette.
