Fortunately, the situation is beginning to improve - and here is another useful educational initiative to this effect. Maria Pushkina, a journalist, founder of the Bipolar Association, and author of a book on the life of people with a bar, of the same name, announced a fundraiser for the publication of a self-help manual, based on the recommendations of psychiatrists and personal experience of the association members.
