Shrimp: Fried Quinoa Dumplings

As part of the “Product of the Month” column, we decided to study shrimps and each week of April we will publish a recipe with them. TO KNOW THE PROPORTIONS OF EACH INGREDIENT, FIND A CURSOR ON A PICTURE.

Fried dumplings with shrimp and quinoa

Cooking method:

Put the dough a couple of hours before the start of cooking on a floured surface to allow it to defrost.

Put shredded cabbage, onion and garlic in a frying pan and fry in vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes. Add shrimp, peas and quinoa and cook another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and add sesame oil and soy sauce. Using the grinder for potatoes, slightly mix the filling so that it becomes more uniform, and allow it to cool.

Roll out the dough as thin as possible so that it becomes about two millimeters thick. Cut it into squares with a side of 7-8 centimeters.

Heat the pan with a spoon of vegetable or sesame oil over low heat. Now you need to make dumplings and put them on the pan at once, not leaving to lie on the table - the dough quickly gets wet. Serve with the sauce (all of these ingredients are simply mixed), poured into a small bowl, so that it is convenient to dip.
