Ukrainian Anna Marinenko knits with her own hands (often literally - without knitting needles) voluminous and at the same time weightless blankets made of 100% merino wool, which are so popular that the Kickstarter campaign in their support has already raised five times more than planned.

Ohhio Marinenko launched her own brand less than a year ago, she collects seed capital on Kickstarter to put production on stream. Now there you can order snides and oversize scarves ($ 70-150) and blankets in four sizes - from a small child to a hypersize option, under which you can climb the whole family (well, or wrap yourself in two layers at once). For the quality of the yarn, Marinenko vouches - it is brought from Australia, and the rugs and scarves themselves, besides being incredibly pleasant to the touch, warm excellently in winter and “breathe” in the summer, merino wool regulates body temperature. Taking into account the current exchange rate of the ruble, Ohhio’s prices are biting (the largest blanket will cost $ 690), so if you really want something similar, but cheaper, it makes sense to look for an alternative to Etsy.
