To follow Facebook: Rock star and holy man Andrew W.K.

Life without social networks in 2014 - something from the field of bold experiments, for which few are ready. You can use microblogging in order to be aware of the smallest details of the lives of your friends, or you can view the whole world through them. To help with the second, we will regularly talk about the authors of the most beautiful instagram accounts, witty twitter and socially useful facebook. In general, people whose accounts are able to inspire us to feats or throw a couple of ideas on how to diversify our own lives, and for which it makes sense to subscribe right now.

Today, our hero is a cheerful American, Andrew W.K., who makes our facebook tapes better every day and whose account we cannot but share. Thirteen years ago, Andrew explained to the world what it means to have fun: his hits "Party Hard" and "It's Time To Party" thundered at festivals, parties and commercials, and those who saw the cover of his album "I Get Wet", not never forget it. Since then, he seems to have never had a haircut and changed his clothes: the once white T-shirt and jeans, as if soaked with sweat, became the same pillar of his corporate style as the way of life that goes under the #PARTY tag. And believe me, he has something to learn. Among other things, this is a man who once broke his leg on the stage, didn’t cancel a single concert after that, and sang while sitting in a wheelchair and was also listed as a My Little Pony fan.

The main thing is that Andrew W.K. much more, better and stronger than just an eccentric musician. Since the beginning of the 2000s, he has been making the world kinder by using motivational lectures and stimulating essays (in Japan they have even been collected in the book “I Will Change Your Life”), he has his own opinion on politics and has been conducting the column “Ask Andrew” for six months now Village Voice. There, in particular, you can find honest and understandable answers to the questions: "What if my boy likes angry aggressive muzlo?", "They bullied me at school, what to do?", "How to be a real man?" and "How to survive the death of a best friend?".

His name may be on par with Lana Del Rey and Tavi Gevinson, he goes on tour with Black Sabbath, starts a children's television show, his music sounds in the trailer for Pixar's Monsters University, and he helps a fan to make an offer to her boyfriend right on the stage. All of this will fall on you from his Facebook, but the main thing to subscribe to his official account is the so-called Party Tips: single-line, well-aimed, sometimes naive, but always inspiring tips on how to relate to life.
