Asymmetrical dresses and volume sweaters Krasavina

In the weekly heading "New Brand" Wonderzine presents young designers and tells where and how you can buy their things. Our heroine this week is Lilya Krasavina, the designer of the Russian mass market, who showed the avant-garde collection at the British show graduation show.

In early July, Wonderzine wrote about the graduation show of the department of fashionable design BHSAD. A dozen young designers showed technical, but rather impersonal from the point of view of design collections: they were inspired by either Gothic or futurism. But a pair of graduates managed to stand out. For example, Lila Krasavina. The girl showed asymmetrical dresses and skirts, which Maria Smirnova, the designer of the brand Inshade, who visited the show, certainly liked. The best idea of the girl is knitted sweaters with embroidery and chiffon inserts.

Krasavina wanted to become a designer from childhood - and after the 9th grade she entered a specialized college. There, the girl received a good technical base. After she got a job, first in one and then in another mass market company, while from time to time she sewed things according to her design. Krasavina decided to enroll in the BHSAD design course, which she graduated this summer. Now the girl launches a brand name.

I worked in a mass market companies and realized that I do not develop. It turned out to be in BHSAD. I do not regret a second about the time spent there. The teachers really crush your brain and reassemble it - you see and feel, and even hear differently. I create a brand because I have accumulated enough strength and skills for my project. The debut collection is fully consistent with my mood in the period when I developed it: it is dark, but in many black things there are bright inserts. For me, clothing is a shell, behind which you can hide, and everyone is looking for themselves suitable with a set of those characteristics that are close to them. If before people only thought about the aesthetic side of the issue, now they want to be both beautiful and comfortable, and not like everyone else. In the future, I dream of my own site for selling and communicating with my favorite customers. I see my clients as people who value a combination of democracy and aesthetics, are able to boldly combine things and want to be different from others.
