Marinate for at least thirty minutes - but not more than an hour.

Beef Stroganoff with white wine, herbs and yogurt

Minestrone soup

A hearty version of the classic Italian soup without cholesterol and saturated fats rich in fiber, beans, peas and carrots.

Heat the oil in a saucepan.

Add garlic, onion and celery and simmer for about five minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients except spaghetti. Mix.

Bring to a boil and reduce heat, simmer for about thirty minutes or until vegetables are ready.

Add spaghetti and cook for a few more minutes.
