Lookbook A.W.A.K.E., inspired by Vermeer's paintings
EVERY DAY IN THE WORLD APPEARS beautiful or impossible beautiful things, and some of them can be watched endlessly. Or at least a couple of minutes - to unload the brain, escape from the routine and let your eyes rest.
We can say without exaggeration: Natalya Alaverdyan - stylist, photographer and once fashion director of Harper's Bazaar is our national pride. The girl founded her own brand A.W.A.K.E. just a few years ago, but it is already sold all over the world - at Matchesfashion, Net-A-Porter, at Colette and other stores. Thanks to many years of experience in the field of fashion, Natalia was able to develop her own visual language, which also affects the shooting of her lookbooks, always remarkable and interesting. The designer shoots them herself - including the last one.
In the lookbook of the spring-summer collection of the brand, whose presentation took place the other day in Paris, the clothes were taken off both on girls and guys. It’s hard not to notice that for shooting, Natalia always chooses people with non-standard model looks. Because of this, you want to look at not only things, but also those on which she is wearing. In the lookbook, partly inspired by the paintings of Jan Vermeer (as seen from the world), unusual dresses, leather aprons, wide trousers and a coat with rounded sleeves can be seen.
