Cat People: Cat Obsession Magazine
Okay, this happened: a group of enthusiasts made Cat People magazine about people who are obsessed with cats. The first (and so far the only) release shows pets and the lifestyle of four cat owners and includes interviews with designers, illustrators, artists - with people of art who use cats as inspiration in their work. They make cat collages, take pictures in cat ears, dress cats, confess obsession - in general, a collection of non-anonymous cat owner in full composition. The team that worked on the number is truly international, as well as the cat's obsession: all were invented by a photographer and designer from Australia, illustrations were drawn in Italy, photos were taken in Japan. Moreover, the magazine itself is published in two languages at once: Japanese and English.
Cat People for $ 30 are sold all over the world, he recently effortlessly entered the composition of the finalists of the Society of Publication Designers in the category of indie-magazine. And every dollar from the sale is sent to an organization that rescues animals affected by natural disasters in Japan.
