How to care for face, body and hair in autumn

Autumn is one of the most difficult periods of the year. With the change of season, there is a change in weather conditions (frankly speaking, from pleasant to less pleasant), less sun - more stress (hello to everyone who woke up on September 1 without difficulty) and other problems that they will have to face. It is no secret that beauty is from the inside and our appearance depends primarily on health and well-being. Nevertheless, the correct and seasonally chosen care solves a huge number of large and small tasks in keeping itself in a comfortable and flourishing form. We tell how to adapt daily care of face, body and hair by autumn without pain and to protect ourselves from the consequences of living in a dull and capricious Russian climate.

Face

There are very few lucky people who are not overtaken by dryness, redness and flaking in the fall. The skin needs to be adjusted to the new conditions - wind, rain and general cooling - which after a hot summer turn out to be fatal for it. In combination with the peculiarities of lifestyle (from smoking to chronic lack of sleep), a destructive mixture is literally obtained. In most cases, in the fall, the skin is faced with such an unpleasant process as the destruction of the lipid barrier. And this problem should be solved first.

Recovery

Use means that are aimed precisely at preserving the integrity and restoration of the lipid barrier. In the autumn it is important to vitaminize the skin, for example, it often lacks vitamin C. It is absolutely not effective as part of cosmetics, because it is quickly destroyed by contact with oxygen, but you can ask your cosmetologist to choose the appropriate procedure. Regular use of masks gives noticeable results: choose those that suit your skin type, with an emphasis on hydration.

Peeling

Stop scrubbing the last from your face, your skin will not stand it. Rigid mechanical scrubs, though they give a noticeable smoothness, but at the same time they significantly damage the skin surface - it simply does not have time to recover to its natural state between procedures. It is high time to switch to other types of peeling: masks, rolls and other delicately peeling products that work for a stable and long-lasting result.

Protection

Oils are great helpers in skincare in troubled autumn. They create a "fake" coating that can further protect the skin if it is already damaged, and help retain moisture. At the same time, they nourish and participate in the renewal of the same lipid barrier. Against the reddening caused by cold and wind, special tools act - it is also useful to keep them close at hand. There is a benefit from daily make-up: by applying loose bases and tonal resources to your face (preferably with SPF, of course), you create another layer on the surface that helps to mitigate the effects of the evil environment.

Hair

After the summer, hair is usually exhausted by UV radiation, and in the fall with them, serious problems begin. First, they dry, break and split. Secondly, dandruff. Thirdly, they also react to the temperature difference in the room and on the street in the most terrible way, starting to electrify.

Special attention should be paid to the scalp: if there are no medical problems with it, then her condition is easily regulated with the help of daily massage and, of course, attentive cleansing. Funds with antioxidants needed in the summer will be needed in the fall - no one has canceled free radicals.

Recovery

If the hair is already split and broken, then a haircut, not even the most radical, is the best way to save the situation with just one stroke of scissors. Keratin works great on hair restoration, both in masks and in indelible care. Last autumn helps a lot, because the principle of good hair care is practically the same: they need additional protection from aggressive external influences. For those who have badly damaged hair, it is better to refrain from salon procedures such as lamination and keratin straightening: they are good only for healthy and strong hair. In the reverse situation, the problem of fragility and weakness will be solved only temporarily, after which the hair will return to its original state or be damaged even more, and restoring it in a cold Russian winter is very, very difficult.

Protection

Listen to your mother's advice and wear a hat on cold and windy days - believe me, this will really help keep your scalp in a decent condition. When hot-laying, do not ignore thermal protection: this will significantly reduce the level of temperature shock your hair will experience. Anyone who is not against silicones can be recommended to use products containing dimethicone - he also knows how to create a protective sheath and discipline hair.

Piling

If in the summer your free and careless curls always looked cool and didn’t require careful styling, now, most likely, you will have to spend the already short morning hours to bring your head in order. It is necessary to choose a special tool that fights with the electrification of hair (you did not forget about the cap?), Do not neglect the conditioners and still do not choose alcohol-containing styling products to avoid overdrying.

Body

The skin of the body in many of us is not less, and sometimes even more capricious, than the skin of the face. Mania body care provokes an invasion of cans that fall out of the cabinets and shelves, but you can approach this issue wisely and choose tools that directly meet your needs. In addition, there is a fairly wide range of multi-functional products, and among them there will certainly be a bank of your dreams. General advice two: that everything was in order, insulate and moisten. The latter is especially important for those who are lucky enough to break out to rest to the sea: most likely, the skin is very dry, and the use of tanning agents often increases sensitivity - the effect lasts for some time after returning to the usual conditions.

Moisturizing

In general, it is important to control this process not only from the inside, but also from the outside - the normal humidity of the air in the room where you spend most of the time will ensure an adequate level of comfort. Buy a humidifier and enjoy a comfortable stay at home. Use body care products to, as usual, ensure the integrity of the skin and saturate the skin with antioxidants. We still consider hyaluronic acid to be the leader in hydration issues.

Peeling

If in the summer both white-skinned and sensitive ones are safer to avoid salon peeling, then in the fall it is just worth resorting to it - you will have to use funds with SPF anyway. It is very important to pay attention to the peeling of the skin of the whole body, since all of the above cosmetic food should have the most open access to the upper layer. A pleasant washcloth or a shower glove will help not only in exfoliation, but also in a relaxing and soothing massage.

Protection

It is better to spend a minute trying to find gloves than to run between the shelves in search of superfat rescue cream. But hands and nails still remain the most vulnerable area - who among us walks in gloves all the time? Use cuticle oil (you can mix it yourself) to keep the nails looking healthy. Protective creams can be found at any brand, on the shelves of all supermarkets, in corners and pharmacies - cream-lotion "SOS-recovery" from the series "Velvet hands" cope with the problem not worse than expensive competitors. Choose a small and handy tube so that you can carry it with you, and put one more on the bedside table at home (and on the desktop it will not hurt).
