New Year's holidays are not as long as it seems and it's a pity to waste them feeling unwell. We have compiled instructions for those who could not stop in time and went over with alcohol the day before. Food is better to choose liquid and light: fruits, broth or low-fat soup, porridge. If not far from home there is a favorite place with proven soups - go there, at the same time walk in the fresh air. Oily foods, in spite of the common opinion, are better avoided in the state of hangovers - they only create additional stress on the digestive organs.
Take a walk
Be sure to go out: fresh air will make you feel better, and the movement will “disperse the blood”, as a result of which the body will quickly eliminate toxic alcohol products. Do not overreact with loads: go to the gym or bath in this state is not exactly necessary and dangerous to the heart; maximum - to sit in the pool with hydromassage jets or lie down on the bottom shelf of the hammam.

Plan a healthy vacation
When the headache goes away, remember what you planned to do in the New Year holidays, and plan your future clearly, or better - write out the rest of the week. Going to the skating rink, to the cinema or the theater, having a relaxed brunch with friends, spending the whole day in bed with a book or analyzing the cabinets - you can still manage to do it all.
Sometimes it seems that the rest should be as spontaneous as possible, but in fact planning does not deprive us of joy and pleasure. In addition, after the holidays, which went according to plan, you will feel like a fully rested person, ready for new challenges at work.
