In the heat, I have the same breakfast as in the cold. I rarely eat at home in the mornings, but when I come to work at The Burger Brothers or Good Enough, I like to have joint breakfasts with the guys before the opening. When we entered the menu scrambled eggs, scramble and baked eggs, we realized that a huge number of people want to have breakfast, like me, not only in the morning. Most of all I love eggs, I can eat them both in the morning and in the evening in any form: baked, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, poached - Nastya Godunova even gave me books with a million recipes. At home, cooking breakfast takes me no more than ten minutes, so for our cafes we chose the most simple and favorite options of all. In "The Burger Brothers" from breakfast, we have oatmeal with nuts and honey, scramble and fried eggs with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, young spinach and bacon; in "Good Enough" - baked eggs with spicy tomato paste, fresh spinach and homemade hummus (I fell in love with this simple recipe when I was in New York and did almost the same with us). At home, I cook poached eggs for myself, they can be eaten with lettuce, thinly sliced ​​ham, salmon, or anything else in the fridge. You can also spread cream cheese on toast and make an egg sandwich.

I love to have a good breakfast and always prefer any egg dishes to yogurt, pancakes or cereals. My favorite breakfast in the winter is scramble in "I love cake". In the summer I also like to have a good breakfast, but I prefer something cold, for example, cold eggs with avocados or tomatoes with mozzarella on lettuce leaves. If we talk about summer dinners, it is almost always salads, I also adore them. I like both simple vegetables, for example, in Khachapuri, Baku Tomatoes Salad, and variations on pasta or tabula, for example, in the new Good Enough, almost all Filial salads, especially with baby potatoes or eggs. . In the summer, you can always buy a salad in proven cooking or "Karavaevs" and eat it on the bench. Well, a special joy is when vegetables or salad can be wrapped in pita or pita. I will never pass by Caesar Roll at Prime or roast beef cakes at Dewar's Powerhouse. As a result, in the summer I eat more often, in small portions, with light and healthy food, and I also walk a lot on foot and watch the amount of water after this article. By the way, in Moscow institutions, simple water always costs more than fresh juice and sometimes more than white wine.

It seems to me that in the summer people are divided into those who are rebuilding to a more healthy regime, and those whose diet is not subject to weather conditions (those who always eat what they call healthy food forgive me forgive me). In the forty-degree heat, it is quite difficult for the body to absorb heavy food, and in such situations smoothies, cold soups and salads are saved. Nowadays, cold soups are practically in every establishment not only in the seasonal, but also in the main menu: gazpacho, carrot and even ordinary okroshka. Smoothies are everywhere and always, even in winter. Fans of these pieces I advise you to stock up on a blender and stroll down to the Dorogomilovsky market for berries, fruits and vegetables. You can add yogurt to the berry-fruit mixes and freeze them to make natural yogurt sorbets. For breakfast in hot weather, I prefer not to lean on the eggs, as this is a rather heavy product. Cereal toasts, light cheese, granola with yogurt, berry mousses will be excellent both for early and late breakfast. But in general, always listen to your stomach. Sometimes he knows better what you want.

I remember going to the already familiar heat, I look at my watch - 19:02, and, damn, I did not eat anything, was it time? And listen to yourself - no, it's not time. And closer to the night the feast of the belly happens - a classic story for this time of the year. In the summer, the body requires drinking all the time and stops wanting food. But at the same time, not fed, he still sataneet and thinks badly without food. Satan is bad, bad thinking is bad, and for prevention it is better to force yourself to eat. In the heat you need food to be: a) not hot, b) light, c) sufficiently nutritious. My favorite ideal for this brief is a salad with fresh spinach, grilled grapes, chicken breast, hazelnuts and orange dressing. It sounds like food perversion, but it's really cool. The option is simpler and more about breakfast - fruit with yogurt and a handful of oatmeal.

Heat changes habits, yes. I stopped eating breakfast (and stopped eating dinner too). I drink milk all day and eat it at night. Milk - not because there is no time to eat, just in the heat, despite the hunger, from any food begins to feel sick, and milk is nourishing, cold and liquid. Sometimes I eat fruit with him, in the morning, if I get up at 6 o'clock, I can cram in porridge, later - only coffee, mineral water and milk. By evening, I cook meat and vegetables, and there is no discomfort because I eat late - although this is all individually, of course.
