Military conflicts erupt in the world much more often than it seems, and many of them go on for years. Media quickly lose interest in them: wars that do not end no longer fall into the front pages of publications. According to the Global Conflict Tracker website, there are about thirty global conflicts in the world right now. Some of them, like the civil wars in Syria or Libya, are in a critical phase and widely known, while the confrontation in Nigeria of the terrorist group "Boko Khoram" (recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation. - Approx. Ed.) or the territorial disputes of India and Pakistan remain in the shadow for years.

On the Global Conflict Tracker website you can see a map of current civil and military conflicts, as well as get acquainted with their brief history. All wars and crises are divided into three categories according to the degree of danger: critical, significant and non-scale. Clicking on any of them, you can find out about the number of people killed as a result of the confrontation and other figures such as financial expenses and areas of the disputed territories, as well as find a lot of useful links on the topic. The site is updated every day.
