White total bows
Designers are finally tired of separating colors according to the seasons, so white total bows captured the Milan catwalks at the autumn-winter shows. Light sets (moderately solemn, but not too much) were shown by almost every first brand: Alberta Ferretti, N ° 21, Jil Sander, Fendi, Genny, Iceberg, Missoni, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci - the list is endless. So, in the collections one could see images with costumes and inflated vests, strict trousers, short coats and hats, long dresses, boots and bags, asymmetrical skirts, down jackets and sweaters - all in white.
Long vests
Designers once again return to the podiums long vest - the thing is not the most practical, but immediately makes the image much more interesting. For example, Jil Sander presented a long coat-vest that completes the outfit with a white shirt and flared trousers, and Versace - a sleeveless cloak balancing a colorful quilted jacket. Our favorite is a functional Max Mara vest with a lot of pockets and even rings for fasteners, which successfully fit into a monochrome mustard bow.
Huge boots
Designers have long loved coarse shoes, so every week fashion offers all new options. The peak of the popularity of shoes, similar to the iconic model Buffalo London, will fall on the autumn-winter season - judging by the shows, “inflated” shoes, reminiscent of boots of shoes and ravers at the same time, would be appropriate in any image. For example, Bottega Veneta and Prada showed boots with rough soles, which complemented dresses and coats of thick wool and leather. Versace also presented a massive version, but in an ensemble with fluffy socks, a mini-skirt and a combined oversized jacket. And MSGM has a rough, lacquered pair that resembles sneakers and socks.
Massive chains
The massive chains that brands offer to wear as an accessory not only around the neck, but also on the belt, have returned to fashion. It’s not necessary to be limited to grunge or gothic following the example of Marni: in the Gucci collection, such a chain fits perfectly into a camp аз obaz, Bottega Veneta has a gold chain supplemented with a biker outfit, and at Tod’s show, massive bows are finished with a simple white sweater and black leather skirt.
Volume down jackets
Overseas jackets rarely disappear from fashionable radar, it is understandable - nothing is more convenient than a blown coat in the cold season. The following season, the designers decided to pay attention to voluminous jackets, resembling blankets. Salvatore Ferragamo and Jil Sander made down jackets made of iridescent satin and nylon, so that they looked like luxurious bathrobes and pajamas. And Vivetta made a colorful quilted jacket, print and ruffles on the collar of which seemed inspired by a real grandma's bedspread.
Gray suits
Gray business suits were responsible for the office style at Milan Fashion Week, which showed almost everything - from Alberta Ferretti, Max Mara and Salvatore Ferragamo to Gucci, Marni, Versace and many others. And if monophonic total-bows look rather strictly, then in combination with bright things and unusual accessories gray deuces and triples look quite everyday. Multi-colored scarves, colorful thin sweaters, a chain belt or unusual ties will help to dilute the image.
Pleated all
Pleated skirts appear on the catwalks so often that it makes no sense to single them out into a separate trend. This time the designers decided not to be limited to one piece of clothing and made everything pleated. Alberta Ferretti, Emilio Pucci and Sportmax have blouses whose fabric resembles corrugated paper. Roberto Cavalli has knitted and chiffon dresses, and Marni has an asymmetrical sundress with a smell. Of course, it did not go without the notorious skirts - classic models can be found in Stella Jean, Tod's and Fendi.
Long belts
Another accessory familiar in several seasons. As before, designers offer to wear such belts not only on jeans and trousers, but also with coats, jackets and even sweaters. At Milan Fashion Week, most brands showed accessories of the same color as the outfit itself - examples at Sportmax, Tod's and Agnona shows.
Treads Trumpet
This time the designers liked the straight model with a free shaft. Roberto Cavalli and Blumarine, for example, combined these with short dresses. Max Mara showed boots with a beige total bow, consisting of a woolen skirt, sweater and coat. And Versace added elongated jackets and leggings with boots. Such boots are much more universal than it seems at first glance - this is easily proved by Ariana Grande, who has long made the jack boots a part of her image.
Cream and pale green
For the next season, designers have experimented with pastel shades. The most favorite turned out to be cream: Roberto Cavalli and Agnona showed knit kits, Max Mara - whole total bows from fur coats, turtlenecks, trousers and jackets, Jil Sander - a satin suit from the top and skirt, and Sportmax - a sports skirt and hoodie. No less popular shade at the Milan fashion week turned out to be a complex mint. He included Agnona, Sportmax, Salvatore Ferragamo and Arthur Arbesser in his collections, showing knit sets, translucent dresses, combinations, coats, and much more.
