To whom to subscribe: Barack Obama's personal twitter
LIFE WITHOUT SOCIAL NETWORKS in 2015 - something from the field of bold experiments, for which few are ready. You can use microblogging in order to be aware of the smallest details of the lives of your friends, or you can view the whole world through them. To help with the second, we talk about the authors of the most beautiful instagram accounts, witty twitter and socially useful facebook. In this issue is the personal microblogging of Barack Obama, which the President of the United States started just four days ago.
“Hello, @POTUS. Something you were late”, - Frank Underwood greeted Obama on Twitter, or rather the author of the parody account, which is conducted on behalf of the main character of the “House of Cards”. Yes, and the US president himself is well aware that he acquired a personal microblogging unpardonably late. "Six years in office, and I was finally given my own account," he wrote in the first message. Unlike the official @BarackObama, which is led by the staff of the presidential administration, Obama writes himself at @POTUS. And it is noticeable. Of the four published tweets, two are jokes, one of them involving Bill Clinton. The 42nd President of the United States decided to clarify whether Obama's user name (POTUS - short for President of the United States) will be inherited by the next President of the United States. In response, Barak hinted that if Hillary Clinton wins the election, Bill will get the FLOTUS username intended for the first lady.
In just 5 hours, over 1 million users have subscribed to Obama’s personal twitter. Thus, the president broke the Guinness record and beat the previous record holder, Rodert Downey Jr., who took 23 hours and 22 minutes to break the 1 million followers on Twitter. We would not be surprised if Obama will become more popular than Downey at such a pace. In the meantime, the president’s personal twitter has been signed up by more than 2 million users, Obama himself has signed 65 microbloggers, including his wife and George W. Bush. Obama introduced himself in his profile as "father, husband and 44th president of the United States." In general, whatever one may say, a worthy candidate to add to the list of friends on Twitter.
Hello, Twitter! It's barack. Really! Six years in, they finally give me my own account.

An honor to address the Coast Guard class of 2015. Confident they'll help us meet big challenges like climate change. pic.twitter.com/1z4fteA1YJ
