About care

I have a combination skin - dry on the cheeks and oily in the T-zone. Inflammation overwhelms me constantly. All the time I thought it was hormonal, and then I'll get pregnant and everything will pass. But in pregnancy everything only got worse. Then I went to a dermatologist, and it turned out that it was treated, but not during pregnancy and the breastfeeding period. In general, I had a lot of free time during pregnancy, and I decided to take up health, but it turned out that everything had to be done before, since almost nothing can be taken by pregnant women.

Now I am saved with cleansers, narrowing pores, face creams with anti-inflammatory and matting effect and spot SOS-remedies. After the birth of a child, I do not have much free time, so I use only truly effective means with a long-lasting effect. For example, facials, the effect of which lasts a couple of days, shampoo for hair, with which you can not wash your hair for three or four days. In the summer I use products to give a gradual tanning effect to the skin and use SPF creams - I do not want wrinkles ahead of time.

About sport

I can not live without sports. As soon as I score for workouts for more than two weeks, I immediately see the result on the skin - it starts to lose its elasticity and tightness. If you score more than a month, it becomes flabby. Swimming, functional training and power loads are my everything. I had no particular problems, the doctor gave the go-ahead, and I worked with the trainer in the gym twice a week until the ninth month of pregnancy in a very weak mode - lying or sitting with minimal weight or without it at all, with a heart rate monitor to monitor the pulse. But the second time I will not - I will limit myself to the pool. During the first pregnancy, I thought that I wouldn’t give up swimming, but it turned out the opposite: if you swim normally with a breaststroke or a crawl, then the pulse instantly increased to 140 meters, and in pregnant women the limit was 130.

In general, for me personally, in order to feel and look good, it is important to play sports, spend as much time outdoors as possible, walk a lot, read, cuddle at least twenty times a day and take vitamin D3. It has long been proven that the mood and life from it are much better and it should be taken not only by children.

About braces

Five years ago, I removed braces, and my life was divided into "before" and "after." Along with the Hollywood smile, all the photos added useful habits such as visiting the dentist once a year, cleaning the Air Flow, an ultrasonic brush for the teeth and using threads to clean the spaces between the teeth. All my life I was afraid of dentists, and because of this, my teeth suffered, but as soon as I found my doctor, life improved and began to play with new colors. I still whiten and sweat in the dental chair, but now at least I'm not afraid to go in panic.

Pro makeup

Together with braces, my life was changed by a private lesson in makeup that I gave myself on New Year five years ago. I finally picked up a tone that the skin doesn’t really see, concealer that doesn’t dry or roll, taught me how to draw cheekbones where they should be, and told me what shades of blush they give me and where to put them. Over the years of practice, I realized what was going on for me, what was not going on, sticking to a very modest and discreet make-up. I do not buy anything superfluous, since all my experiments on buying something new and interesting ended in failure. I use the fact that once picked up a makeup artist. Make-up lessons save money. I would advise everyone.
