5 streetwear stores in Berlin
Under the heading "Pereves" close to us in spirit people talk about stores in their favorite cities of the world, which cannot be missed on a trip and where it is impossible to leave without shopping. In a new material, Kixbox PR manager Nastya Moskvicheva tells where to buy street clothes in Berlin. In her opinion, these five places are definitely worth a visit along with Acne, COS and Urban Outfitters, which are more popular among tourists.
SOTO is a men's clothing store with an excellent mix of brands from America, Europe and Asia. But it’s worth going there not only for your favorite gift, but also for accessories, a book or some nice little thing for a house like a rug or teddy bear Pendleton. And if you yourself do not have anything against men's clothing, then feel free to take a Marcelo Burlon T-shirt or a Kitsuné hoodie.
Next to SOTO, the NO 74 shop is open. For some reason, it is called the secret adidas store, although it is located on the popular Thorshtrasse street (74 is actually the house number). To be honest, before visiting NO 74 I didn’t know that adidas has such cool shoes. Many limited releases, collaborations with Jeremy Scott, Stella McCartney, Y-3 collection, and just a large number of beautiful adidas sneakers.
This is a very beautiful store: accessories made of wood and leather, clothes ideally arranged on shelves, so that you are afraid to take it even in your hands. Cute sellers are smiling, but they do not appreciate you with their eyes, so you feel calm and enjoy looking at the space. Very high-quality assortment: J Brand and Levi's Vintage jeans, Armor-Lux sailors, Andersen-Andersen sweaters, Barbour jackets and much more. The price tag is decent, but instead of getting upset, it is better to visit the nearby 14 oz Supersale, where items from past collections are sold with discounts of up to 70%.
You cannot get to this store on foot from the center, you need to make a trip on the subway and meet all the classics of the Berlin subway's entertainment - dredast musicians with drums, crazy (necessarily paired with a dog), loud German hooligans. But you will definitely come back with a pair of excellent sneakers. All the latest models of Nike, New Balance, Asics, Puma, Onitsuka Tiger for both girls and guys, a corner for graffiti with cans, markers and books, and on the second floor - clothes of famous street brands.
Just a great store, opened by two former skaters. Accordingly, the assortment in the same vein - brands with street background, but more often those that are hard to get. These include the rare Nike SB and Vans, Norse Projects clothing, Huf and Palace Skateboards, Chocolate boards. It is unlikely that you will buy something for yourself, but you will definitely find a gift for a boyfriend. In the next room, the same guys now and then open up a mono-brand pop-up store, for example, with Stussy or Nike things.
