Comprehensive training: 30-minute program
EVERY WEEK WE WILL BE choose useful videos, where knowledgeable people tell how to learn something new and cool.
Last time we talked about super-short training, which helps to bring hands in order. We, too, are seduced by its duration of three minutes, but we do not nourish the illusions that it is possible to bring ourselves into shape (if needed). For those who have decided to seriously take care of themselves and who are bored to run on the track and go to the rocking chair, we found the program of another Livestrong coach Nicky Holender. For half an hour with his jumps, lashes and twists, he squeezes everything he can from his partners (and they manage to smile during the whole lesson). Note that this is a high-intensity workout, so the beginner will have a hard time and not all the exercises will work out so correctly and quickly. Nevertheless, classes are even better at full strength than spreading over a sofa, and muscles will eventually strengthen in such a way that training will become easier.
