Birchess is a small fashion community from Tallinn, where participants sew clothes, write music and sell homemade food.

Sonya and Sandra met ten years ago at an art school. Initially, their joint project Birchess was musical: the girls wanted to dance at parties to their favorite Italo-disco music, which at that time could not be heard on any dance floor in Estonia, and began to play themselves. They always carefully selected clothes and hairstyles to their DJ sets, so fashion became a natural continuation of the story. Now girlfriends continue to write music and in parallel sell homemade food (for example, hummus, which they gladly make themselves), and sew clothes and accessories. Now, under the Birchess brand, a full-fledged line of party bags (which have already managed to get into Ivan Rodich’s blog) has come out, and the Telema 93 collection of dresses, inspired by graphic design, in particular, computer graphics of the early 90s and symbolism of Aleister Crowley . Sandra and Sonya also created men's 5XL T-shirts for girls with hand-embroidered pom-poms that were instantly sold out.

^{Birchess things are conceptual and fun. With each of our things we want to say something: it is for this that we make them. Thelema 93 collection is about the love of magic and the awesome early computer graphics. And our accessories with prints in the form of photos of the night city - about the love of parties. You can put in them lipstick, credit card, keys and dance lightly or not put anything and wear as a decoration. When choosing fabrics we are guided more by aesthetic and economic principles. Now our things are sold in stores in Tallinn, but we really want to bring the latest collection to St. Petersburg or Moscow.}
