A little bare skin: An interesting way to refresh your makeup.
Back to the favorite genre "Instagram Instagram". Surely, this year, those who signed at least a dozen beauty accounts have repeatedly seen makeup options in which the usual arrows, feathering and other “fill” with color coexist with unpainted skin areas - and often it looks very nice. We tell how to apply the idea and how it is good.
How it started
First, the “empty spaces” fashion was captured by the nail art: the minimalist masters played with tired-out service jackets and color combinations, adding bright accents to the nails covered only with a transparent base. Then the trend gradually came to make-up: someone left unpainted areas of the skin at the shooter's place, without canceling feathering, someone was using stencils, covering the space around the “bare” circles and stars with bright colors. This way you can make up eyes and lips, and whatever. The latest instagram trend suggests lightening your eyebrows and circling them with dark colors to get that same negative effect.
The obvious advantage of this technique is that it belongs to the category of simple visual elements (unfortunately, it’s not so simple to perform, but when did we refuse to learn?). It is possible to “under-paint” practically in any make-up and thus make an interesting and immortal classics like red lipstick and cat shooters. Even more so the missing detail will not be superfluous if you are used to non-standard colors and shapes.
Why do we need it
It is not necessary to repeat the deadly make-up numbers, which are shown in instagrams dedicated to eye makeup: as a rule, the entire wow effect is created due to the symmetrical drawing, for which patience and skill may not be enough. But makeup lips with a thin strip of empty space will be easier and definitely worth the attention. It is worth taking note of the reception and those who love make-up with rich textures: just in contrast with bare skin, metallic and shadows with foil effect, iridescent pigments and bright eyeliners look brighter. The area, as if erased with an eraser, is a good addition if you like when makeup does not try to pretend that it is not there, but quite the opposite.
How to do it
For such a make-up, the base is more useful than ever: on the basis of make-up, any pigments are smoother and look brighter, and the unpainted skin will make this tool more uniform in color. Outline the contour of the desired shape with a soft pencil, which can then be gently shaded; Do not immediately take up the dense and fast-setting textures, they are much easier to draw on the "sketch" of makeup. If you prefer not abstract voids, but drawings, you can use small stickers for makeup of the desired shape (or stars and confetti from our favorite artisans) as stencils - then just carefully remove them with tweezers and enjoy the result.
