Personally, we are already planning to find worthy counterparts to some of our “banks” that we love - we think we don’t need to explain why. Today we remembered ten good brands of cosmetics of the mass market, which should be looked at by everyone who decided to reduce spending on it.
Garnier
Garnier knows everything without our hints, but we are ready to recommend specific means from which to begin acquaintance with the brand, if you have neglected it before. Almost all lovers of the famous Bioderma micellar water agree that the recently released Garnier is not inferior to it in quality, but at the same time it is several times cheaper. In general, the brand has good means for basic care for hassle-free skin: creams nourish and moisturize well, tonics tone up, scrubs cleanse. A separate line, we note the BB-cream, which entered the European market one of the first, but still remains one of the most successful in its price segment.
Nyx
Open the category of our favorite brands with a rich and vibrant color palette. NYX specializes in decorative cosmetics: stands of the brand are full of lipsticks, eye shadows, pencils, powders and are able to impress with their assortment not only newbies, but also those who have been interested in cosmetics for a long time (there are several types of matting napkins in NYX). Most of all in the brand we are pleased with the very vigor and openness to experiments, about which we have already written, but the quality of the NYX also does not cause any complaints.
Sleek makeUP
The brand that has recently appeared on the Russian market (in particular, in the Pudra.ru store) makes a lot of things for those who like to experiment with makeup and try on new images, and for those who do it only to emphasize their facial features. For the latter, for example, there are favorite bloggers for Face Form sculpturing, BB cream, lip balm and translucent gloss. Separately, we recommend to pay attention to the sets with the brightest blush (bonus - a large comfortable mirror in each), thick lipsticks and our favorite uncompromising palette with neon shadows I Divine.
Essence
We often wrote about the brand and often used its tools in our shootings. There are several reasons for this: like many companies creating inexpensive cosmetics, Essence is trying to expand the range and enthrall customers with new collections (almost more of them than the MAC brand each year). Brilliant means come across rarely, but sweet and worthy - more than enough. In addition, we can not name other cosmetics, which would be a great gift to young relatives and friends (well, except that Pupa).
Catrice
Catrice stands often coexist with Essence stands, and, frankly, without marking their means it would be difficult to distinguish from each other. The brand occupies the same niche: cute and attractive cosmetics for hassle-free leather - in a permanent line, and special and strange things like translated lace arrows occasionally come across in limited editions. The brand also has brushes - beginners are strongly advised to take a closer look at them - and other useful accessories, such as devices for gluing false eyelashes.
L'Oréal
Another giant with whom everyone is already familiar. L'Oréal has both decorative and caring cosmetics, both of decent quality. Again, we advise you to look at simple creams and cleansers (tonics and wipes). With a decorative ruler, L'Oréal is simpler than the above brands: there are ready-made palettes for eye makeup, lipsticks of calm and slightly more bold shades, high-quality tonal tools and everything else that we feel should appeal to the majority of users who use cosmetics.
Lumene
Dear Finnish brand loves to emphasize its closeness to nature - this is reflected not only in advertising campaigns, but also in the palette of shades: they are all natural and, one can say, noble. Sometimes Lumene allows itself more color and produces bright shadows or mascara of strange shades, but in general it is worth going for it to go for basic makeup products. For example, the brand has successful eyebrow remedies - a tinted gel and perfect hardness pencils. And yes, not everyone knows that the brand has an extensive line of care products - many of them are successful, we recommend to pay attention to the Arctic Spa milk and body creams.
Max factor
This brand with a rich history reminds us of L'Oréal - here, too, is everything and at once for those who love the make-up that adorns their face. Especially good at Max Factor, in our opinion, is the tonal means and powder - the quality of the tools themselves is excellent, and the packaging is convenient. In addition, the brand produces them in a large number of shades and a person with any skin tone can choose the right one. And yes, for good lipsticks, long-lasting pencils and high-quality mascara, you can also go to Max Factor.
"L'Etoile"
In all the shops of "L'Etoile" a few stands given for their own cosmetics brand, and you can find there anything you like. Foundation creams, mascara, eyeliners, nail polishes and shadows are presented in such a number of shapes and shades that you don’t have to find anything for yourself. Also, the brand has convenient means for traveling (all sorts of cleansing lotions in volumes that will be missed when inspecting carry-on baggage), small useful things like cotton pads, nail files, brushes (good ones), and even sponge konnyaku.
NoUBA
The Italian brand is close in spirit to Sleek MakeUP: the same laconic black packaging, and under it - spectacular textures and colors. NoUBA should go to those who are tired of the monotony and want to get out of the comfort zone, without squandering half the salary on cosmetics. The vending banks will surely linger in the cosmetic bag - everything we tried, not only looked good, but also behaved well on the skin and at least did not cause discomfort.
