Winter warming drinks: 5 recipes without alcohol

Calendar winter has finally arrived, and it is legal time for hot drinks (not to be confused with intoxicants). In the cold season, better than a warm, fragrant liquid in a mug can only be her, but in a thermos, taken with you. We share recipes of non-ordinary winter drinks: cooking doesn’t take much time, but how to get warm, they will definitely help.

Put cloves, bay leaves, ginger and cinnamon in water and mix thoroughly. Usually, honey is also added immediately, but it is believed that it should not be heated.

Put the mixture on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for about seven to ten minutes, removing the foam. Strain the drink.

Pomegranate tea

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

In a small saucepan, mix water, sugar, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and anise. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring. Boil for two minutes, then remove from heat, strain. Add tea bags and leave for ten minutes.

Remove the tea bags, add lemon and pomegranate juice, mix and reheat the mixture again.

Serve hot tea with lemon wedges and cinnamon sticks.

Coconut drink with turmeric

INGREDIENTS:

Heat coconut milk on the stove without boiling.

In a small bowl, mix the turmeric, peeled and finely chopped ginger, cayenne pepper and honey.

Add a small amount of preheated milk to the spice mix, mix thoroughly. Then pour in the remaining milk and mix well again.

Barcelona hot chocolate

INGREDIENTS:

In a small saucepan, heat the water and chopped chocolate. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Add milk, coffee, cocoa, sugar and orange zest. Heat over moderate heat for five minutes, stirring constantly and not bringing the mixture to a boil.

Pour the hot chocolate into cups by removing the strips of zest. Serve with toppings to taste.

Spicy grapefruit fresh

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit, pour it into the pan, add water, cinnamon stick, pepper, cloves and honey.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring. Then remove the juice from the heat, strain, pour into glasses and serve. Honey can be added to a slightly cooled drink.
