We have already talked about what things from the summer collections will be useful to you this summer (and which ones are better left on the podium). But escape from the heat is impossible only by choosing clothes. The editors of Wonderzine decided to make an exhaustive list of things that will help them experience the next three months as comfortably as possible. And also those that are not worth doing.

Optional hair care

Unpainted - dry and become more brittle, painted - also acquire an indistinct shade. Sprays and masks are added to basic hair care to compensate for heat and sun exposure. Better yet, make it a rule to wear caps, Panamas, hats and be sure to rinse your hair with running water after swimming in the sea or pool.

SPF creams

We will tell you more about the Sanskrins soon, but we will speak about them already now: ultraviolet penetrates through the clouds, contributes to the aging of the skin and can even cause cancer. To level its impact, choose Sanskrins with an SPF of at least 30, apply 15-20 minutes before going outside every day, and repeat the procedure several times a day.

 

Remedies for calluses

Shoes and even sandals are not chains, and their blood does not decorate them. Plasters are both bodily and transparent, and with pictures, but the most practical are “tourist sets” - they have all imaginable sizes and shapes. And if you follow the rule of "each bag - on the patch", it becomes much more pleasant to live in the summer. In general, it is highly recommended to get a stick to prevent corns - then the patches will not be needed.

Ink

Regular mascara is not only washed off by remuvers and tears (ooh), but also imprinted on the eyelids when it is very hot - therefore, it is better to use waterproof in summer. Many carcasses, by the way, are now produced in both versions, so there will be no problems with finding replacements.

"Summer" foundation

In the summer, first of all, the skin of the face all the same becomes darker than the neck and such a difference looks ugly. Secondly, dense, with strong masking ability, the tools may be (and most likely will be) too heavy. So the new tonal should be a little darker - if you are going to sunbathe, you can pair bronzing powder in a pair with it - and it is easier to "winter". A great option is a tinted moisturizer (tonal effect moisturizer).

Deodorant or antiperspirant

It's all clear. Habitual is better to change to a stronger, without extreme fragrances.

Menthol and Mint

 

These smells are perhaps the only ones that do not irritate the stuffiness. Plus, menthol shower gels and creams are perfectly cool and help to transfer the heat. Only remove such funds away from cats - they eat them.

Decongestants

In summer it is hot even in sandals, but nothing seems to save from edema. The only thing you can do is take care of post-factum care. And an integrated approach in this case is welcome - the cooling spray works much better after cleansing.

 

Moisturizing Sprays

If you have to spend a lot of time in the office (and who do not), it would be a good idea to replace the hand cream with a moisturizing spray for the face or body - it is absorbed much faster, so you can start working immediately after application (just remember to blot napkin, otherwise the moisture will evaporate, and the skin - dry).

Physical exercise in the park

 

In warm weather, there are plenty of opportunities for sports outside the house and the hall: you can practice yoga, gymnastics, run with a club or alone. If you are too lazy to carry a change of clothes and a rubberized mat with you, you can exchange a car for a bicycle, a scooter or a longboard - this is quite a good exercise.

Wash your face

… too often. The skin is a smart organ, and it has its own moisturizing mechanism. Natural oils and ceramides are washed away along with the pollution, without which the renewal of skin cells slows down and it dries out.

Heavy sweet smells

Vanilla, chocolate, floral and other thick aromas are more or less steadfastly carried around in the cold, but certainly not in summer. Yes, and the very heat is not very pleasant to carry around a suffocating cloud. In addition - wasps.

 

Champagne

Despite the fact that the worst headaches and hangovers in the world happen from champagne, they will never stop to drink it, everything is clear. But in the sun it is a triple scourge: superfast intoxication, dehydration and, as a result, heat stroke. Yes, and any carbonated alcohol, including Prosecco and Cava, in the heat it is better not to drink at all.

Primers

 

Silicone bases are indispensable for a date or an evening where you need to look relaxed, but not on the beach. Imagine: Sanskrin, primer, foundation, powder - such a layer cake under the scorching sun is not needed at all. Powder, including tanning, concealer (dotted) and matting napkins, will do well with tone correction.

Acid treatment

About creams, masks and tonics with all acids, except hyaluronic, you need to forget until the fall (better - before the winter). The skin from them becomes too susceptible to the sun, and sunburn is contraindicated to it - otherwise pigment spots and other unpleasant things will appear.

Laser hair removal

In principle, it can be done. But you can not sunbathe two weeks before and after the procedure, so you have to go in long pants for a month.

Thermal water

It can moisturize freshly cleansed skin, but you can never spray it on the street in order to cool the face - so all the dust that inevitably accumulates on the skin during the day is printed and forms a kind of mask. Dirty.

Do not eat

In summer, a person needs almost the same amount of calories as in winter, so you have to eat. The question is what: not just junk, but obvious fruits, vegetables, cold soups, smoothies, juices (they are also counted), salads and in general everything that is meant by wholesome food.

 

Earnestly sunbathe

Not everyone likes pale skin color, but if you sunbathe, then wisely: do not place yourself under the sun in the middle of the day, do not burn to redness and do not lie for several hours on a bed, when the skin is already very dark, does not mean that less harm done.

Abuse dietary supplements

When changing seasons, the needs of the body, of course, change, but you should not compensate them with handfuls of random dietary supplements. It is necessary to figure out what we need, how these or other dietary supplements and, especially, vitamins are combined, and it is best to sort these questions with the doctor.
