Life hacking: How to buy groceries for a week in 10 minutes
IN THE WORLD OF DAILY STRESS, FAST FOOD AND SEATED LIFE There is nothing more valuable than wellness. How to quickly get in shape, cheer up and instantly feel better - tell our express instructions.
That awkward moment (or awkward one and a half hours), when you came to the supermarket for a set of products for a week, but in the end did not take half the ingredients for a full menu, but picked up a bottle of incomprehensible sauce, three types of hummus and wine glasses. There is another extreme: in an effort to ensure a healthy diet, we have been buying up all the "useful" products from Western food blogs for an hour, and then we look at the check with horror. You can and should indulge yourself, but aimlessly reeling around the supermarket takes a lot more time, effort and money than sighting the purchase. We tell how to quickly assemble a grocery cart for a week and not forget anything important.
If going to the supermarket or to the market is not entertainment for you, but a necessity, do not do it spontaneously - spend more money and nerves. It is better to plan a day and an approximate time: it will be possible to walk along the rows in a decent and relaxed way, and you will not have to keep within ten minutes.
Think over the approximate menu options for the week, decide what you need for quick snacks, which delicacies will do less harm, but more fun, and how you can please the guests.
Make a list of products. Seriously, how many times have you forgotten about eggs and olive oil, and instead bought chips? Chips are delicious, but they are better not to eat. The list can always be supplemented on the spot, but the approximate price of the question will be immediately clear. Compose it in your phone - you are unlikely to forget your smartphone, and if you are used to notes on paper, put them in your wallet.
If the list of products is not with you, there is still a way to not get lost. It is not necessary to scroll through all 27 positions in your head - you can make up semantic blocks: breakfasts (porridge on milk, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese with anything), dinner (pasta, vegetable stew, rice), snacks. Per unit of time, the brain is able to process a limited amount of information, so scientists advise to combine it into more blocks.
Buy products by department. First vegetables and fruits, then dairy products, meat or fish, then bread and delicacies - or in any other sequence. This will relieve nervous rushing around the store, save time and help not to forget the most important thing.
At the cashier, do not be distracted by chewing gum and candy bars (even for cereals - there is not much use in them as it seems). If you followed our simple tips, then in case of nervous snacks, you have already chosen not the most harmful food, but for spontaneous shopping there will be time during the week.
