British artist Nina Cosford has illustrated a new book about the life of Gabrielle Chanel, the founder of the legendary fashion house, who introduced into the female fashion elements of a men's suit and perpetuated a little black dress. In Coco Chanel: An Illustrated Biography, Chanel’s biography is presented through illustrations, the text written by Xena Alkayat, and excerpts from the designer’s letters and diaries.
