8 makeup options with stickers
In the summer you want to make makeup as easy as possible, but don't look faded. Recently, five girls told us about their favorite tricks, and now we will show our favorite and non-chosen way to make basic makeup more interesting, without burdening the skin.
Holographic arrows
Interpreted Dior Makeup. Representatives of the brand offer to repeat it with a silver eyeliner, which will be released soon, but only reflective stickers will give the closest result to the original. We tried these Essence, and they are quite suitable (although the arrow is not curved, but straight, but you can fuss and fix the shape with scissors). They are practically not felt on the eyelid, the main thing is to measure the desired length, or they will not be pricked; we cut each strip in half and glued, retreating from the inner corner of the eye by two millimeters. Look these arrows rivet no less than red lipstick, so if you want to look in your eyes - here it is.
Geometric arrows
It is no secret that makeup artists often use color scotch when there is no time to draw clear lines (and there is almost never any). The main fear of those who have never worked with him is to damage the skin when removing makeup, but there are at least two loopholes: before glueing it on your eyelids, press it a couple of times to the skin of your hand - it will become less sticky and come off at the end of the day . The second option is to "put" an adhesive tape on the glue for false eyelashes, which is perfectly soluble by the makeup remover. In this make-up, we didn’t limit ourselves with black arrows and brought the lower eyelid with gold and painted over the lip mucosa with tint (lip ink) - it holds out better than matte lipstick itself, and the effect is similar.
Paillettes
Remember these stickers on the Givenchy show? We, too. You can choose any shape of sequins, but if you want to stick them on your eyelids, do not choose too large - inconvenient. You can buy them in children's, and in stationery stores (even sets of confetti will do), and fix them with glue for false eyelashes. To make it more interesting, we summed up the mucous membrane with a bright blue cayal, and our lips touched with a pink sheen. And walked a highlighter on the protruding parts of the face.
Thread
The most common thread from the standard set will do - you can choose any thickness and color, but we liked the pastel blue (it was beaten with bright red ink). It is very easy to glue it, the main thing is to apply glue for eyelashes along the entire length (not black, but one that becomes invisible when drying) or transparent liquid latex. The thread will last a long time, and you can remove it with makeup remover.
Gold flakes
We remembered the make-up of the Fendi show, where the models were glued with gold up to the eyebrows, and last year's Dior with shiny eyebrows and stopped at something average. Flakes of gold (for example, such) are sold in any art store, it is convenient to glue them with a brush on a generous layer of fixing gel for eyebrows or hair. Eyelashes were left without mascara, but her lips were brightly painted - with a white varnish and minimal eye makeup, the combination of red and gold is not excessive.
Pearls
The cool MUFE brand (and not only it) has sets of rhinestones and pearls, flat on one side, so that they can be conveniently "planted" on the skin. For makeup with rhinestones, large amounts of self-irony are needed, but pearls are more elegant and not so controversial. It is possible to glue both of them according to the scheme of Peter Phillips (here such a request to Google gives out enough options), but it is possible the way we do. If this does not dye your eyelashes, disguise your eyebrows and hold something bright red and persistent (with a pencil, tint, matte lipstick) near the mucous lips, something alien will come out.
Lip Tattoos
Such translations are not new - we even told about one brand a year ago. Now manufacturers are apparently invisible, the quality of their tattoos is about the same level (they are difficult to apply, they are easily erased), so you can order any. For the shooting, we chose the most controversial, with a leopard print, so the face was left almost unpainted. Perhaps this is the least comfortable makeup of all presented, and it is rare to wear it, but neatly.
Facial stickers
Overhead arrows - only one variation of stickers for the face (there are those that resemble sleep masks in scale). We decided not to follow the instructions and stick the arrow not on the lower eyelid, but above the eyebrow, but to prevent the image from coming out baroque, neutralized them with deliberately bright yellow-green shadows and blush almost in tune with the shine. Such a make-up, it seems to us, is suitable for a party, but for everyday, we would bleach our eyebrows and leave only bright shadows.
