Lightweight breathable sneakers made of knitted jersey, which sit on the foot like socks, is not news. But to make them completely waterproof for the first time, Canadian developers who came up with Vessi came up with the idea. These sneakers take the moisture out, but do not let it inside at all. The water-repellent effect is not achieved by applying any coating, but by embedding a whole additional layer in the structure of the sneaker, that is, the effect does not disappear with time. The membrane is impermeable to water and wind and repels dirt - of course, in severe frost, such shoes will not warm, but here it is useful for spring slush; send the first batch is still promised no earlier than April.
