Grimes, Kim Gordon and Kirsten Dunst in the new Rodarte book

EVERY DAY IN THE WORLD APPEARS BEAUTIFUL OR IMPOSSIBLE BEAUTIFUL THINGSand some of them can be watched endlessly. Or at least a couple of minutes - to unload the brain, escape from the routine and let your eyes rest.

In the new season, the creators of the brand Rodarte, the sisters of Muliwi, abandoned the traditional show in favor of the lookbook. Their muses and girlfriends took part in the autumn shooting of the brand: actress Kirsten Dunst, pregnant with her first child, actress Tessa Thompson, musicians Grimes and Kim Gordon, director Jia Coppola, daughter Reese Witherspoon Ava Philip and others. The photographer was the Father De Wilde.

In an interview with WWD, Laura Mallivi admits that the lookbook is indirectly associated with the Time's Up campaign: “This is an important time when people should support the talents of women, and I think that these photos reflect their individuality as well as possible,” she said.

The sisters of Malliwi founded Rodarte in 2005 in Los Angeles. Their works are included in the permanent collection of the Costume Institute, as well as exhibited at the Cooper-Hewitt Design Museum and the Museum of Modern Art in Los Angeles. This year, the Rodarte retrospective will open at the National Museum of Women's Art in Washington. In addition, at the Venice Film Festival 2017, the founders of the brand presented their debut film "Woodshock" with Kirsten Dunst in the lead role.
