The heroine of the new release is world and European champion in rhythmic gymnastics, TV presenter Laysan Utyasheva.
An ordinary day begins. from what I open my eyes and go to the bathroom. The perfect day is a whole day with my family on the beach.
Now I am preparing for a new show "Bolero". Training takes place every day - and this is not only the classical elements of rhythmic gymnastics, but also movements in the style of Woogie, Art Nouveau, high hills and others. It will be such a daring, with a call, a show. From each workout I get great pleasure and adrenaline rush.
I got into gymnastics by chance - faced the trainer in the queue. That was in 1989. Everything was absolutely fast, and I just fell in love with this sport.
That one wanted to quit, I've never had. Although there were difficult moments - I suffered a lot of operations on both feet. But after that she continued to train, and then again played in the Russian team, became the European champion in team competitions, won at international tournaments in Latvia and France.
Appearance and beauty for me - momentary things. More importantly, the emotions that you experience when looking at a good person. In my list of priorities in the first place is family and self-development, and only then the outer shell.
I blame myself sometimes for swearing - for example, if you hit a traffic jam for four hours.
It makes no sense to limit yourself to a diet.if you are not going to stick with it all your life. My husband and I even created the “Power of Will” course, where we tell how to develop the body and brain and live in harmony with ourselves without diets and violence. And we do not drink alcohol, and so we have fun.
I sleep a lotpreferably embraced by her husband. Sleep is the key to a productive day.

For unloading the psyche I go to workouts (now this is preparation for the show), I communicate with my cool team, I learn new things every day.
I would not say that I have some kind of strong stress. But wait ... After the last season of "Game of Thrones" I worry: what now to watch? And how can they do this to us?
I began to like my body more after the birth of children. It is rounded in the right places, and now it is more pleasant to touch them.
Of course, we introduce children to the sport. Every day with the whole family we do exercises, on every vacation we run along the sea and do general strengthening exercises. Children get used to a healthy life with us.
About sport and health do not need to say need to start doing. Now there is a lot of demagogy around a healthy lifestyle and very little business.
