The number of applications and sites with all sorts of calculators rolls over - but not all of them are convenient, and it is also difficult to find familiar products or brands in them if the application is not focused on the Russian market. Of course, it is not necessary to use the full functionality - for example, you can take into account only vegetables in order to understand whether you eat enough of them. The application works in Russian - and there are products like barley, buckwheat and cheesecakes.

An application with a very user-friendly interface, in which you do not need to register - it is enough to specify the gender, weight, height and age. Depending on these parameters and wishes, the main screen clearly shows the daily need for proteins, fats and carbohydrates - I must say that it’s very nice to see the phrase “it remains to eat 2290 kilocalories a day”.

For those who want to gain or lose weight, the application uses a reasonable approach, adding or reducing daily calories by 15%. As for the almost endless list of products - there is even “Agusha” and “Korean soybean asparagus” snack in it. You can monitor the amount of water you drink, the need for which changes when you set weather parameters for heat or cold.

The UK healthcare service recently released the Sugar Smart app, which scans bar codes on product packages and clearly shows how many sugar cubes it contains.
