Take finely ground oatmeal, add butter or vegetable oil, a little salt, spices. Fill with boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Add cheese to the salty oatmeal, and choose any fruit or nuts for sweet with honey.
Mix the cottage cheese with a couple of teaspoons of sour cream, add honey, fruit or berries - you get a hearty breakfast and dessert. You can beat everything in a blender to a creamy consistency. For salty spread, add greens to cottage cheese and season with spices.
There is nothing easier: dry in a frying pan or in a toaster with grain bread, spread butter or peanut paste. Wash down with a cup of hot coffee or tea. Think boring and tasteless? Try it - and maybe sit down for more than one week.
