Aging Prevention: 7 Simple Tips

In continuation of the topic of aging, we have collected seven simple and universal tips that, along with proper individual care, will help keep the skin in good condition.
Do not sleep face in the pillow
If one night lie on one side, wrinkles due to skin wrinkles will not last long, but if you do this for several years, there will be real wrinkles. And if during sleep you put your hand under the pillow, then visible creases are already formed in the region of the clavicles. It is best to sleep on the back - so, in general, for the skin and the neck is more useful.
Do not forget Sanskrin
Not, we are not tired of talking about it: the sun does not cease to shine. Try as much as possible to ease your access to the sanblocks during the day: choose a hand cream and lip balm with SPF and place their duplicates near your work monitor, and spray for hair where you will not forget about it. As an alternative to a separate sanblok for the face, you can use BB cream, but then do not forget about hydrophilic oil - only it completely washes away BB from the skin.
Use the cream not only on the face
It generally for any creams: sunscreen, tonal, moisturizing or nourishing. With sun protection everything is clear, tonal ones - because the border of the transition from natural tone to applied one is visible all over the oval of the face, and not just in its lower part. With moisturizing, the same rule: the face is not the center of the universe, and attention should be paid to the whole body in general.
Apply cream patting movements
Daily smearing cream means stretching the skin daily. So even if you are not ready to do a daily mini-massage with two free hands, then at least one seal and not smear the cream or serum. Eye cream is generally advised to apply the ring finger - it is the weakest (but you can just try not to drive with all the strength).
Remember about massage lines
By massage lines (their designations are similar to the maps of the currents of the world ocean) skin is stretched less than - bingo - not by massage. Ideally, you should wash off make-up, and put on masks, and wash your face with them, but start at least with applying cream, and then go to the rest. Schemes of lines everywhere are of the same type and easy to googling, and for such advanced workshops can be useful.
Monitor facial expressions
It's even harder how to learn to sleep on your back. Just look after yourself: if you frown or squint unnecessarily often, try to unlearn it. You can even attract friends or a boyfriend and ask them to talk when you are frowning: it is often impossible to determine this yourself.
Pick up the care of the season
It all depends on skin type: oily, perhaps, there will be enough gel or serum, as in summer, but dry (prone to wrinkles and therefore, including requiring more nourishment), winter care is required. There are many options: switch from the light version of the cream to the one labeled “rich”; buy a bottle of hyaluronic acid and add dropwise to the cream or add it with serum (if not yet) or with oil - the latter in this case should be applied to the cream, and not vice versa.
