Milan and London: 10 bright make-ups from fashion weeks that are easy to repeat
Spring-summer fashion weeks coming to an end, and on the catwalks of London and Milan, we, as usual, see an abundance of flowers and glitter - winter is close, but it is unlikely to interfere with taking note of the most interesting and fun make-up, invented by the leading makeup artists. Red is replaced by orange on the lips, arrows like Amy Winehouse are becoming relevant, and a scattering of glitter wins in combination with bare skin - we show our favorite beauty bows.
London
Carnival Eyelashes
This season's glitter was even obscenely much - makeup artists especially tried to show Ashish, black smokes and model hair roots glittering with sparkles. We choose the face that is most offended by the attention of the face - the eyelashes: the MAC team at Ryan Lo exhausted all the reserves of holographic pigment, which were applied with a brush to the false eyelashes and many layers of voluminous ink. Performing such a trick neatly is quite difficult (prepare napkins), and the shining pigment should be designed specifically for eye makeup - but the result looks like it is worth such problems.
Playful eyebrows
While in reality, instagram and beauty blogs reign supremely wide natural eyebrows, other options are offered on the catwalks: for example, Hussein Chalayan has graphic eyebrows already familiar to us from last seasons. The most ironic version created for the show Faustine Steinmentz: wide "stencil" eyebrows encircled with brown, dark purple and even red. It is a pity that such experiments are still the exception rather than the rule.
Large glitter on the lips
After the invented Pat McGrath branded make-up with glitter on the lips appeared in every second glossy shooting and went around all the instagrams, it seemed that it was better to close this topic as soon as possible. Nevertheless, we really like this literally three-minute make-up made by Lucy Burt for the show Shrimps. It needs large glitter-confetti and any comfortable lip balm - you can combine them with bright lipstick or gloss.
Very black arrows
The blackest shooters were seen at the Versus Versace show - to get the same makeup, you need to not forget about kayal on the mucous membrane. Tommy Hilfiger was a bit more modestly confined to black shadows, and for Ports they invented deliberately “fat” lines along the lower and upper eyelids in a modern minimalist style. Violators of the rules will surely please the make-up created for the J.W.Anderson show: the same black pencil on the lower eyelid, but without the support of the same color along the mucous line - punk is alive, we are happy.
Another way to wear bright shadows
In recent seasons, to the delight of progressive makeup artists, we are less likely to see virtuosic multicolored feathers and, increasingly, monochrome makeup, made with the help of highly pigmented products and dense textures. Bright cream and dry shades today put all, but in order to be easy to wear them, it is not necessary to measure the makeup on the line. At the Pam Hogg show, pastel shades of pink, yellow and blue were bleached, without hesitation going beyond the eyebrows, - a gentle, but still bold and bright make-up.
Milan
Eye makeup for disco lovers
On the Milan podiums, as in the past year, there are a lot of quotes from the style of the 70s and 80s, so lovers of excesses should not be shy. At the show, Francesco Scognamiglio was doing eye makeup, in which, it seems, they tried to collect everything that was brilliant at once: they glued a sequin over the sparkling silver shadows. Playback is easy, the result reliably resembles a disco ball, and everything you need is easy to find in the nearest store for artists.
Orange lipstick
Red lipstick can be declared a trend all year round, but there will also be no less fashionable replacement for it in case fifty shades of red are (unbelievably!) Bored. Orange painted the lips of the models at the Max Mara show, he also replaced the classics of Ermanno Scervino, and for makeup Trussardi chose an uneasy coral-red hue. Finding the right orange is still more difficult - comfort and bright colors do not appear at brands very often - but we hope that it will take not so long to wait for an answer to the emerging trend.
Arrows in electric shades
Dazzling neon shades of blue and blue will be relevant again next spring. At the Missoni Blue Show, they drew arrows all over their eyelids and combined them with the same orange lipstick, while Marni had wide graphical arrows in electric shades of blue and green. Do not be afraid of capricious colors: if they seem unsuitable for such an active eye makeup, you can start to study them, armed with colored ink or a saturated gel pencil.
Black and white graphics
Black becomes new black literally every year, but it's nice that lately a lot of attention has been given to white color in the podium makeup. At the Giorgio Armani show, Linda Cantello in eye makeup supported a “soft” black eyeliner with a base of shining white color - unusual sculpturing turns out, turning models into the heroines of a silent movie. For the effect of misty glow white pigment is applied not only on the eyelid, but also on the temples and the area under the eyes.
Contour without lipstick
At the Moschino show, “moderate” makeup was also considered inadequate - and canonical eyebrows, strong arrows and divided eyelashes combined with memorable lip makeup. Their contour was encircled with a brown pencil, and due to the fact that it was done on “bare” lips, the result is not too similar to the sign style of cholo, but looks like quite modern detail. The border can be made not so clear, but slightly shaded by applying a colorless balm on top.
