Broccoli: Caramelized with Ginger and Cashew

Caramelized broccoli with ginger and cashews
cooking method:
Broccoli florets cut into four to five parts. Bulbs (it is better to choose shallots) - into four parts. Chop ginger, cut daikon and fry nuts. Fry ginger, onion, broccoli in a small amount of olive oil. Add cashews.
Straight in a skillet fill it all with soy sauce and two teaspoons of brown sugar, add the daikon mugs cut in half. Hold on fire for a few minutes.
