We regularly publish test drives and reviews of sex toys and gadgets that are useful in bed (as well as the bathroom, on the floor, on the table, and in any other place where you want to have an orgasm). It seems that there are too many of these toys and gadgets - but every month there are new ones, everything is better, more beautiful and smarter. One of these new products is called Elvie - this is the first development of London-based startup Chiaro, which plans to create a whole line of products and services for women.
This is not the first such, but quite worthy Kegel muscle trainer, which is worth bringing up to all women (there are, for example, similar in function, but different in form of Gballs). The first exercise affects the so-called women's health: the pumped muscles of the pelvic floor will be useful during pregnancy, childbirth and their consequences. But do not lose sight of the fact that they will also help you feel better with each other during vaginal sex. Included with Elvie is the application of the same name, which works as a tracker and motivator - but not only. It calculates the load, visualizes the force of compression of the muscles, signals if you do something wrong (it turns out that about 30% of women mistakenly squeeze the muscles "not inside", but "out"), and also report progress. But what is the most charming, in the application there are several simple game programs that will turn the training into entertainment: agree that playing a minimalistic platformer not with your fingers, but with your inner strength is a special pleasure. The developers promise a noticeable effect in a couple of weeks, but here, as with any other exercises, the main thing is not to skimp.
