To whom to subscribe: Instagram with outfits from "Sex and the City"
CONTINUE TO TELL about decent accounts in social networks through which you can view the whole world.
Everyone who watched "Sex and the City" watched two shows at once: one about the lives of four girlfriends, and the other about the adventures of their dresses. What costume designers have come up with for Carrie and company is a topic for a whole study. The heroines were not thoughtless of a single exit from the house (and even a lazy day in the four walls), and their outfits sometimes more resembled theatrical costumes - but in this grotesque there was a charm. The corporate style, imbued with the spirit of glamor of the late nineties and the beginning of zero, was invented by the legendary costume designer Patricia Field - she was responsible for “The Devil Wears Prada” and swears that she invented leggings in the seventies.
Ridiculous, excessive, accurate and touching - all these endless outfits of Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte deserve to remain in history in at least some kind - they would hardly fit in their closets. So, the friends of the designer Chelsea Fairless and the director Lauren Garroni decided to fix the images that were most dear to their hearts in the series, and created a separate instagram account for this archive. And this is not just a chaotic selection of screenshots of all the onions of heroines - the authors argue the value of each, not forgetting about the ironic comments. In general, keep a ticket on a journey through the waves of memory.
