Swedish scouts spotted Moa Oberg back in 2009, when she was thirteen years old. For obvious reasons, the girl could not work, but left her photos in the IMG until 2011. At the age of fifteen she made her debut on the catwalk during shows in her native country, after which Models.com was named her model of the week.
Soon commercial shots were added to the shows: Moa became the face of the Nowhere, Back and Altewai Saome brands. In November last year, she visited New York, where she participated in the Calvin Klein presentation, and by December her photos appeared on the pages of Bon and the Swedish Elle. Many expected to see Oberg at the autumn-winter shows, as she starred for the Alexander Wang pre-autumn catalog, but the girl did not take part in the castings. But soon she was invited to play for the April issue of the British Vogue, and Bruce Weber was a photographer of the editorial on the American teens of the 1990s. It is safe to say that this gave a serious impetus to her career: she recently signed contracts with IMG offices around the world.
