How to repeat the most striking makeup of the Paris Fashion Week

We chose the brightest makeup (or, as we say, “blown up”) from the show of the Paris Fashion Week approaching the end, and asked the makeup artist and our permanent distributor Mark Godard to explain how to repeat it at home or adapt to everyday life.
Dior
These golden eyebrows are doomed to fly around all tumblers and interests (although already). There are several reasons for this: makeup is simple but beautiful; it is quite possible to repeat it, going from work to a party.

A good example of working with face accents, in this case with eyebrows. Such eyebrows, undoubtedly, are a component of the podium makeup, but if there is a desire, you can repeat it with the help of golden shadows, best of all - friable (pigment). You can cut out ordinary thick cardboard stencil of the eyebrow shape that you like, or just use a plastic card for the graphic contour. First you need to slightly wet the brush with a spray like MAC Fix + and collect the pigment for it; the latter is gradually driven into the eyebrows to the desired density. In the end, for greater clarity, with a cotton swab, correct the contour (or, conversely, shade it if you want). Do not forget that with such a memorable accent the rest of the makeup should not be evident.
How to do it: pigment Copper Sparkle or Golden Lemon, spray Fix +; all mac.
Chanel
Peter Phillips retained the black outline of his eyes as on the show a year ago, but this time he made it deliberately sloppy and even fatter; mother of pearl was replaced by bright strokes - as if the girls were playing either with colored crayons, or with oil paints.

In each season, such a bright color palette has its own name: pop-art, color working and so on. This makeup is a great example of color and its combination.
Negligent at first glance stains are in fact a clearly thought out and traced version of catwalk chaos. For it, you need a resistant gel liner and some kind of makeup palette like Supra Color for several shades that can be mixed together. First you need to draw the ciliary edge with eyeliner, and then arrange the bright spots on the mobile and stationary eyelids - Supra Color creamy texture allows you to feel the color and its amount well during application. Apply - shade - add more if desired. If there are similar shades in the eyeshadow palette, you can "fill" them from above - you will get an even more saturated and resistant color.

Saint laurent
Graphic almonds - not so unusual form to highlight the eyes, but you can not deny that effective. Again, depending on the severity of the dress code and the readiness to accept the views of others, this makeup can be attributed not only to evening wear.

From season to season, we see the transformation of the "black eye" on the world's catwalks; This time it is a neat and clean version with a slightly elongated cat-eye shape. The image of Saint Laurent, I would say, is minimalism in its purest form: graphic cheekbones, natural eyebrows, clean skin. But in everyday life, I would advise not to repeat it exactly, but just to single out the eyes with an active arrow (liner or permanent pencil).
In general, the makeup is simple and is performed in several actions: the eyeliner works through the ciliary edge of the eye; then you need to open your eyes wide - eyeliner is imprinted in the crease of the century, and the black eye border will become clear. Then you can draw any shape: circle, oval, cat-eye. For eyeliner is better to use a beveled brush: it will give emphasis and a clear form of the "black eye". Once finished with the eyeliner, you need to fix it with dense shadows: even the most resistant has the tendency to crack. Tip: if the shadows crumble in the process, at the end of eye makeup, it is better to clean the face and only then apply a tonal foundation, powder and blush.
How to do it: MAC Track black eyeliner, MAC Carbon shadows or Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner gel eyeliner, MAC 266 or 263 beveled brush.
Givenchy
We first thought that Givenchy models had face masks (“Aztec cyberreading”, as Pat McGrath put it), but it turned out that Pat’s team pasted rhinestones directly onto the models' faces: for one girl, on Instagram, It took 12 hours. This is the most exploded of all PFW makeup, and we would not refuse to look like that forever (in fact, not).

This makeup is by no means a daily story, but if you want to make some kind of carnival bow for Halloween, the best way to glue rhinestones and sequins is really glue. The safest glue for the face is Duo, it is sold, for example, in MAC and Inglot corners. Rhinestones or sequins can be glued to different parts of the face: eyebrows, eyes or lips, as in previous Dior shows.

Yohji yamamoto
White focus on the eyebrows - not the most obvious choice for summer makeup and therefore interesting. We wouldn’t recommend repeating the smoke from temple to temple (there is a risk to look as if you are tanned in snowboarding glasses), but bleached eyebrows are an outstanding alternative to simply highlighted.

I would highlight a few points here. The main thing in this make-up is face color correction: the use of light and dark tonal bases, albeit in a somewhat hypertrophied format. Good color correction and work with shadow and light helps to give the face the desired shape; in Yohji Yamamoto, the light is beautifully placed on the back of the nose, the chin, the protruding part of the cheekbones - they were passed on by a highlighter.
Regarding eyebrows: you can again go back to Supra Color (it has a good, thick texture, and you can take the desired color as a refill) or choose Aquacolor, also Kryolan brand. White haze can be drawn using the same palettes for face color correction, if one of the shades is very light, milky white.
How to do it:for color correction it is cool to use cream products, for example MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural of a dark shade; dry textures: MAC Harmony blush or MAC Matte Bronze bronzing powder; Highlighter MAC Cream Color Base Luna.
