This should be paid attention to, because otherwise the other efforts do not make sense. You can be hung with jewelry like a Christmas tree, wear the most fashionable and expensive clothes, but you know perfectly well that you have to undress. And who do we want to fool? In general, in the matter of beauty, I am interested in non-deductible capital. And the rest - only if there is time, desire and money.

About care

A year and a half ago, I had a good cosmetologist, and I completely trust her care issues. Buying everything and experimenting with cosmetics is a waste of money. Here is a similar story. Decorative cosmetics I have less and less. More than a year ago, the cosmetologist taught me not to use foundation. Convinced that he clogs the pores and this is just a bad habit. Now I use only the proofreader to remove individual red points, and a concealer to lighten the dark circles under the eyes - they are always with me, this is the structure of the face. I changed the powder to the lightest and most transparent, but I bought dry blush - they refresh the complexion. Lips in the afternoon I paint rarely, only balm. But I have two red lipsticks.

Perfume favorite - brand Comme des Garçons, I use it for many years. I do not like thick and persistent smells with a complex bouquet, because I like to mix them. I often use two at once, but in different proportions. There are different series: Sherbet, I love the smell of Rhubarb ("Rhubarb"), or a series of Leaves, Calamus. My sense of smell is quite well developed, so the habit of some people to pour themselves with heavy perfumes is incomprehensible to me. I start to choke next to them.

About caring for the body

I practice a fairly healthy diet. There were long periods of refusal of meat, recently it stopped eating again - I just don’t want to. I almost don’t eat sweets - I don’t like them, but I can’t eat without fruits and berries. I almost do not eat food supplements, rarely drink a course of vitamins (for example, American Healthy Directions). I am more interested in nootropics: it often seems that the brain is not fast enough. I tried them almost all of the available: "Kogitum", "Fenotropil", "Glycine Forte", "Pikamilon".

Twice a week I have strength training in the gym, once - ashtanga yoga. Yoga has a fantastic positive effect on the mind. It would be worth practicing several times a week, but has not yet learned. I hope to make such a habit. The main thing with yoga - do not allow breaks. If you miss two weeks, then you need to start all over again, and your muscles will hurt, like after the first session. Twice a week I go to the sauna after fitness - this hardly makes you sick of ARVI.
