Everyone knows how hard it is to break through in the modeling business - especially for transgender people. Casil MacArthur was born in a female body and from the age of ten he appeared in an advertisement under the name his parents named Denis Rose. At sixteen, he spoke publicly about his gender dysphoria, began taking testosterone, and found a new model agency ready to represent his interests as men. In a few interviews, Casil admits that he had to face many challenges, including severe acne.
