An ordinary day starts with coffee and warm up., to prepare the body for training. And the perfect day is a day on the beach when I'm on vacation.

I usually train for an hour and a half every day. The load in the off-season and season of tournaments differs dramatically: in the first case, a lot of work on strength and speed, a lot of jumps, you need to prepare the level for the whole next season. In the game season, every week is a match, so the total load is lower - but more work with the ball and elaboration of the tactics of the game.

I DO NOT LIKE TO STAND OUT and attract a lot of attention - although I consider appearance to be a very important part of life. I am a professional athlete, I am always in sight.

HOW MUCH I REMEMBER - I HAVE BEEN WITH THE BALL. I spent all my free time playing ball with the guys. When I was eleven, I accidentally saw the girls at a local stadium training a little older than me, and the coach saw that I was playing in the neighboring field with the guys, and offered to work at the Energy Sports School.

On the same day, the parents wrote a statementthey let me do it. I had no idea that there was women's football, and even more so I didn’t build plans on it - everything happened by chance and in one instant turned my life around.

MOST OF ALL IN TRAININGS I LIKE play football and, of course, score goals. I do not like to run and work on endurance, it is hard work - but it is also the foundation, without which there is nowhere.

During my career I often wanted to quit football. The moments were different: serious injuries, operations, and just fatigue and fatigue. It is difficult to say what helped - apparently, some kind of inner core, willpower and desire to go further. And people - many times I met those who motivated and with one piece of advice gave strength.

IN GENERAL, I TRY TO HAVE HEALTHY FOOD - but it happens and fast food, and soda, and sweets. Although I blame myself for it. In recent years, I eat very little meat, for some reason I don’t want to.

I try to limit myself to sweet. This is completely unnecessary food and completely empty carbohydrates - my health is much better when there is little sugar in the diet and in general everything is balanced. Alcohol drink rarely.

Sleep is very important to meSeven to eight hours is a necessity for a complete recuperation.

Ideally, I would like to exercise every morning and stop eating sweets altogether. It is difficult to form this habit, but I try.

Top tips that I GOT: drink more water, get enough sleep and exercise. The body needs to be engaged constantly, knowingly they say that movement is life. I can not imagine myself without sports!

I turned thirty a month ago - some stage has been passed, there is something to think about, but inside, it seems I have not changed over the last decade.

I love to read and watch cartoons. When I want to get distracted, I watch my favorite movies - even if I've seen it a thousand times, it still helps to relax.
