We have written more than once about the advantages of menstrual cups compared to gaskets and tampons, and recently we ourselves tested five of them. There are many bowls on the market now, but new ones continue to appear, and each manufacturer declares their uniqueness. The Ziggy Cup is really unusual: it is flat, very close to the cervix (actually in the posterior vaginal fornix) and should not cause any inconvenience for penetrating sex. It is made of thin medical silicone, which must be cleaned with hot water and mild soap. It is important that the cup does not protect against infections and is not a means of contraception.

According to Sofia Kovaleva, the author of the Witch Bowl telegram channel, Ziggy is actually not a bowl, but the first reusable menstrual disc, an analog of disposable Flex devices.
